Reta question

Ive let myself go recently and put bit of fat on and slacking at gym but need to get myself back into it as good for my mind

Im probs sitting at 18% body fat now and befor3 could see lot more definition so now lost motivation a but as dont look as good

Im trying with calorie deficit but due to not kuch motivation finding it hard to stick to this time

If I was to try reta to strip down I would then feel more motivated to go to gym, i want to get back on test but not as I am as suffer from gyno and obv more body fat then more my estrogen will flare up the gyno, so thinking get in reta and strip down and then get on test

But what's people's experience using reta to strip then coming off it? Do u put fat back on quick? I mean I would stick to my diet a lot better if were leaner again, just not sure how body reacts to doing reta then stopping and doing test or do I do reta and test?

I think you need to get the motivation, diet, and gym schedule back locked in before or at least DURING a run of Reta. Reta actually kills mental motivation, as will being in a deficit. If I am reading correctly, your current plan of letting reta strip fat, THEN hoping you have motivation from being leaner to go to the gym, seems backwards.

Get bloodwork. Counter the physiological issues holding you back (i.e. low T) and begin to master your gym schedule, lifestyle, diet and mindset. Reta will help you achieve your goal of being leaner but you will lose mostly muscle if you don't also lift and get the right macros/protein, or rely on it entirely to motivate a change.

Your other questions: to prevent rebound weight, taper on and off the reta dose and plan for as much time as possible 4 months (with little two week breaks supported by Green Tea or other natural GLP1 like supplements). This way you are in a slight deficit rather than starving yourself. At low doses you can stick to your diet but still train and use the nutrient partitioning and insulin sensitivity increase to utilize carbs to recomp rather than just become weak and skinny. If you are low T then combine test and reta like many people do.

If you need something that kick starts your motivation and fat burning, I'd use inj L-Carnitine, Mucuna L-Dopa, Saffron, cordyceps or a good pre workout, before I'd start Reta.

How effective is injectable Lcar in accelerating fat loss if diet and training are in check? I've thought about trying it more than once.

I haven't noticed anything special, definitely not a gamechanger but does offer alot beyond.

It isn't as effective as Reta for fatloss "if diet and training are in check" ; but it sounded like your training and diet aren't. In that case L-Carnitine at 600mg+ is a good first step to help with drive, and energy to fuel training and mental to get you on the right track, while also mobilizing fat and a little test boost.

If it were me, id run that, and iodine, and do bloods asap. Track your calories until you find a diet that allows consistently losing 1-2 lb a week while still having energy to train. Add cardio or drop 200 calories when stuck.
Aim for training 4 + days a week, and if possible ECA every morning with 15-45 mins of walking or desired cardio. No alcohol. ZMA every night. 220+g protein and lots of green tea (as it does what reta does to appetite and fat burning) and water. Till I got to sub 14% bf and could safely add test without aromatizing from excess bf.

If your bloods show test is still shut down, add test. Once training and diet are on lock then you can stack low dose reta alongside higher carbs and low fat, when you have everything else humming. I suggest starting reeeeeally low .5-1mg a week and bumping up ONLY when you don't see recomp or weightloss for 2 weeks in a row. Stay on for 3 months+ with occasional weeks off supplemented by green tea or .5mg to avoid needing higher and higher doses and the side effects that come with it. Taper off when you want to stop, hopefully around month 6.

Frankly you'll probably just hop on test and reta, and skip all this hard groundwork suggested but that will definitely be a higher risk for gyno and rebounding once you're off. Reta plus the preparation however, you're almost guaranteed to achieve the look you want.
