just had a question... ive been workin out 5 days a week, doing cardio 5 days a week and totally changed how i eat. this will be my 6th week. im bout 5.11 245 when i started. my question is, does it take a long time to see results? most of my weight is all around my midsection and back.. looks like i have a big beer gut but i dont drink.. im just thick looking... i want to lose as much fat as possible but im gettin discouraged becuase i look in the mirror and still see all this fat on me and im giving 100 percent to lose it.... is it because im so damn fat that it just takes along time to see a difference? any help is appreciated...
