Home from the gym. Churched it up a lil today trying to incorporate mostly compound movements. Was there nearly 2 hrs before I realized it. Kept resting low to 25-45 seconds and didn't seem like I was doing that much stuff. But gonna grub then I'll get my routine today posted in full. Nothing fancy for breakfast. So prolly no good pics or good new recipes lol

Routine today
Warm up;

Banded body weight squats into ohp
Band was 75lb res. one under each foot. Squat to the floor then stand and continue into press. Mil press grip. 2 sets

Cleans
3x10. Just the bar to get form/movement correct and body used to motion.

Farmer carries with 80 lb db
3 sets. 90 ft up then 90 ft back = 1 set

Workout:
Man makers.
3 x 5 15 lb db
Might be called man makers but 15 db made me feel like a girl

Bb deads
5x5. @ 135

Forearm curl/reverse curl ss
3x 15/8 @ 15

Standing forearm bb curl w/fat grip
5x5 @ 45,65,75,75,95

Seated calf raises/ reverse neck raise as
5x5 @ 135,170,185,195,215
5x5 @ 50

Tire flip/jump rope
3x 8 flips with. 2 mins jump rope after every set

Now I'm not sure what these would be called but:
Hanging leg raises , knees to chest. Then roll my body on back until I could pass my feet through my hand behind the plane of the bar into full extension/body lockout. So end movement was kind like an upside down position of the starting of a dip. 2 sets

Ball crunches/plank ss with no rest
5x45/30 seconds

That last motion sounds similar to "skin the cat". Not sure of that's what you're referring to or not.
Man makers are hard.

Man makers were super hard. This whole routine was hard. First time in a long time I've felt "smoked" at the end of a work out. But I'll try you tubing the skin the cat thing. If that's not it I'll try to repost more details about what I was doing. I only did 2x10 and my body said no more of them. The tire I was flipping supposed weight about 350. But who knows.

Ok so it's a lot like what I watched. Only I wasn't doing it on rings. Close grip , slightly narrower than shoulder width , neutral hand position. And I didn't rotate all the way around to point my feet back at the ground. I started my movement back to starting position once my feet were above my head. My movements were all fluid from starting to back. No resting just continuous movement. If that makes more sense then originally

Got a few updates to add.

1- Finaflex shirts were still outta stock but the guys in shipping sent me a big ol package of samples since I didn't mind waiting. Got some max pump which I been really wanting to try so I'm calling it a victory.

2- Px black/ alc-cla stack. Doing it's job very efficiently. Still hard for me to get all my food in to meet my daily macros so imma take the dose back from 2-1 to. 1-1 and see how it goes.

3-elbow pain relief. Been trying both elbow cuffs and kinesiology tape. Well I was rotating every day till this week. Decided to go with kinesiology tape. Been wearing the cuff everyday so far. Not only is not helping I believe it's been a lil worse. So imma rock the tape steady for the rest of the week and make adjustments from there if there's no better signs of improvement.

is skinning the cat anything like choking the chicken?
(enquiring minds do not want to know)

nice updates above, thanks for your patience on the T
we got a new color coming in as well, reps will be getting them plus they will be available for order -- orange
the plan is to keep rotating about 4-5 different colors around, and they are classy choices

enjoy the Max Pump :)

Well I try rocking lots of bright colors anyway. Guy from shipping says my names on the board for first contact when they come in. But a word when they do from u as well so I don't miss the opportunity would be greatly appreciated. :)

Dinner was mostly leftovers from last night. The new addition would be stuffed peppers.

Stuffed with :
3 oz fat free chicken breast
1/2 cup left over cous cous
Corn
Diced onions
Mushrooms. Chopped
Chipotle powder
Cumin
Dried tomato powder

All mixed then sprinkled with almond cheese on top. Used 1/2 cup cheese on three peppers. But the other ingredients I didn't measure. Just eyed the seasonings out.

I put chipotle on almost everything. Not sure if I've said that before...

I'm not sure on cous cous though. I think I disliked it the last time I tried it. Meal looks tasty none-the-less.

Good updates. You're 'restarting' quit well!

Cous cous is awesome. For a couple reasons. It cooks in about 5 minutes. And by cooking I mean u throw it in some boiling water put a lid on it and turn it off. U can eat twice the volume and get close to the same macros as wild/brown rice or quinoa. And it's cheap. But that's just my opinion.

I would say my "restarting" is going fantastic. Ultimately it's my hard work and dedication. Both would not have been there in my own. But I owe two undeniable sets of thank you. One to my boy Dave for kicking me in the ass for being a slacker , for being someone I'm not , and for telling me to join am everyday until I did. The other , to everyone on here that's participated in every way. Being it from advice that most would pay for or people taking mine. It's a great circle on here and that's just a small window to form that opinion but I hold it to be very true. I'm a happy guy lately. :)

Woke up today feeling like hammered dog crap. Lotta soreness in my joint and lower back killing me. Hoping it's just from the changes I made in my routine yesterday. Some adjustment time and it should be fine. Focused a lil more time on my lax/foam work this morning. Feeling better. Swol shop here I come.

We'll I'm doing a ill research but always like opinions of the masses before I decide anything. Gotta get these joints under control a lil better. Right now I take fish oil and osteo biflex bone and joint. Keep reading that super cissus is the go to sup for joint pain. Any input fellas?? And if u use it does it matter which u buy?? Pretty much all the labels are the same with minor ingredient changes. But I'm a cheapie so wanna go with the cheapest honestly.

cissus is hit & miss it seems..personally, I had great success with it yrs back, then when I used it again after having not for awhile, it didn't help at all ... it was at this time I tried Achilles from Antaeus Labs, and I thought that stuff was just fantastic (albeit, def not the cheapest stuff around)

I don't mind sacrificing cheap for effective. My body hurts a lot lol. I don't wanna quit doing anything I'm currently doing. I'll continue to research both though. Considering I've never heard of Achilles. Reading up can't hurt

Sweet. Considering that has cissus in it seems like a good place to start. Plus it's as cheap , cheaper than some , as the cissus alone

Px black- alc/cla update:
Dropped from the recommended 2-1 daily recommended dosing to a 1-1 dosing of Px black. 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch. Dosing the regular recommended alc/cla 3 times daily. This is the target number for me personally. Allows me to control my appetite and still sweat buckets all day long. Plus it leaves me room to up the intake safely if I build tolerance. Another thing I've done to get my macros in and eat without feeling stuffed to the gills I dropped my hb egg intake and added liquid egg whites to all my protein shakes to keep my macros as close to the same as I could. Actually dropping some fat intake so win/win. I'll redo my my body fat and measurements in three weeks to track progress for hard number updates

Not exactly sure what tip steak is. But I took 7oz of it. Trimmed off all the fat. Chopped it in the blender. Then boiled, drained , and rinsed it with warm water.

Then to a skillet added

Added 1/2 cup jalapeño almond cheses
1/2 white & 1/2 purple onion
3 mushroom

1/2 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1cup quinoa.

That's half the end product in the bowl. Delicious.

Thanks it was. I never boiled And rinsed beef before but I figured that was the healthiest way I could do it. Wasn't quite spicy enough though. I just added some pepper and cholula. Hit the spot.
