After struggling with 32 days with Reset-A.D.'s dosing I think I can finally conclude that my initial gut feeling about opting for higher dosages on Reset-A.D. probably would have been the way to go for me probably from day one.
Today was day 32 for my Reset-A.D experience - before today I had tried dosing Reset-A.D. so far as follows:
1 x 1 cap
2 x 1 cap
3 x 1 cap
4 x 1 cap
5 x 1 cap
Today I tried dosing 2 caps TWICE a day and I'd say I was able to tell a difference. So far, I have been able to only notice a slight to moderate improvement in the quality of my sleep, but no sustained elevation in my mood or boosted energy levels, let alone that "famed" re-stim effect that can occur when using Reset-A.D. in conjunction with stims, that I have been looking for.
Today after the first 2 caps, for the first time I could tell a difference in my mood that lasted throughout the day. After the second dose I felt the same feeling - like somebody feeding you a "happy pill" - plus a slight perking up effect when taking the dose with a selection of stims.
So, even though I have not yet concluded my Reset-A.D. log officially, I can already say that the dosage definitely seems to matter when taking Reset-A.D. so as a suggestion to you guys making this fine product, a future label for Reset-A.D could read something like this:
"For therapeutic benefits like improved sleep, adrenal support and energy take 1 cap 1-3 times daily, for enhanced mental boost and re-stim effect take 2 caps twice daily especially if you have a history of heavy stim usage."
Also some kind dosing chart would be a good idea like "adjust your dosage according to your body weight - for people under 200 lbs. do not exceed 3 caps a day, for people over 200 lbs. do not exceed 4 caps a day and for people over 250 lbs. do not exceed 5 caps a day".
Or something like that to better convey the idea that the "one cap twice or three times a day" MAY not necessarily cater to all people as people have differing body weights and have differing "stim use history".
Just thought to offer you guys some "food for thought" based on my personal experimentation with taking Reset-A.D. Hopefully this help someone struggling with not getting the results they are looking for from Reset-A.D.
