You should add some lettuce to this for vascularity.Yesterday i consumed 10 eggs and 4 pieces of wheat toast 2 protien shakes, a gallon of water 6 cups of coffee, 8oz of beef 6oz of green beans, cup of oatmeal, and a cheat meal consisting of a potato, 12oz of lasagna(yum), and i believe i ate some more but point is i was still hungry most the day.. So if your gonna stick to only 2 chicken breasts a day....dont bother working out... Only reason i added the water in my lingo is becaus sometimes i drink it to kill a snack attack and it does but it looks like you should be hoping for one!
