Reps system on phs

I want to get a cut vascular look should i go low weight high reps or heavy weight low reps im on msten spi and trenabol

listen i dont have time wasting trolling on the web i asked one simple question

You have access to 3 pro hormones but only 2 chicken breasts. You asked 1 question, and have 0 people who will seriously help you.
 
Okay bro, download a calorie counting app, buy a food scale. And track a week of eating without trying to alter diet. We can assess more accurately from there.

As far as training pick any routine that encourages progressive overload, Theres no specific rep range you need to work.

Laymans terms know what your lifting, and know what your eating.

Vascularity is relative to bodyfat% and genetics, not training style.
 
Bf, vein placement, hydration, nutrition and blood flow have everything to do with vascularity. Training style has zilch to do with it unless you are talking about while you lift.

If that's what you mean, then those things I listed above still matter more then you're training set up.

Get to a low bf of your wanna see veins.
 
On a serious note to a weird thread, I like to do a lot of 15-18 and even in the 20's rep range when cutting....with some medium mixed in, and even some heavy sometimes. I feel like the high rep sets, esp for legs (squat, leg press, deads, leg ext etc.) really get my heart beating and get me breathing deep....better than cardio and you are actually working your muscles while doing "cardio"....so its win-win on a cut. Not like powerlifting and grunting and groaning with heavy weights is gonna get you any muscle mass gain while on 1800 cals lol....so may as well do higher reps and help out the whole cutting approach. high rep, with some medium rep, will certainly at least maintain your muscle and work it out....while not really adding any muscle. But vascularity is gained by lowering your BF, and just being lucky to have some nice veinage via genetics :D I know when I get to reasonable BF (like 10-12 at least) I start to get crazy veins....single digits and its nuts.
 
Yesterday i consumed 10 eggs and 4 pieces of wheat toast 2 protien shakes, a gallon of water 6 cups of coffee, 8oz of beef 6oz of green beans, cup of oatmeal, and a cheat meal consisting of a potato, 12oz of lasagna(yum), and i believe i ate some more but point is i was still hungry most the day.. So if your gonna stick to only 2 chicken breasts a day....dont bother working out...
Only reason i added the water in my lingo is becaus sometimes i drink it to kill a snack attack and it does but it looks like you should be hoping for one!
