Replacing Yohimbine In Fat Burners

Say i wanted to break through a fat-loss plateau & either didnt have access to clen or didnt want to use it & decided to buy a OTC fat burner.

It seems alot of the US based fat burners focus/rely on yohimbine as a magic ingredient, and whilst i dont think it will make or break a product, as theyre all glorified ECA stacks, how effective are the ones that have it missing? In Australia (& Canada i believe) its a prohibted import.

ALOT of the big name & internationally popular/well reviewed products available here in Aus, have it in the original US version, yet the local version doesnt, to name a few:

Nutrex Lipo6x
MHP Dren
VPX Meltdown
BSN Astro-Phex
Biotest Hot Rox
SAN Tight
Cytogenix Xenadrine

Yet all the "studies" & advertisements we see are based on the effectiveness of it as an ingredient, as in the exact same ones with the exact same studies/results pictured in US mags.

Allegedly there are herbs with almost identical properties that could be used as replacement ingredients in the "international" versions, or would we be better using one that didnt include it in the first place, such as Gaspari Cytolean & Isatori Lean System 7 to name but 2?

Do you know if alpha-yohimbine is banned? It's a rather new player, so it might still be legal down under. Look into AlphaBurn. It's more effective and has fewer sides than yohimbine anyway.

they usually list it under a different name so im pretty sure it can get thru.

but yohimbine is a huge supplement to use while dieting as dramatic decrease in calories will increase the amount of alpha 2 receptors and that stores fat in the last place fat usually leaves (lower ab and inner thighs).

as of now ive seen no replacement herb for an alpha 2 antagonist

Ive been told Quebracho Blanco is very similar, with properties acting as alpha-1 and 2 adrenergic mimetics. I think some of the alkaloids are identical.

Ive also been told to look into trinidad devilpepper

interesting!!!

ill take a look i know that the blanco is more potent,

not sure how good it is for fat burning though

Apparently this is what syntrax fyre and moneytech hydroxycut hardcore replace yohimbine with in their international versions, They're the only 2 i know of at the moment

I took a yohimbine supp that was mixed with arginine one time and I turned bright pink. Won't ever touch it again. May be why it's banned.

You will find that many big US supplement companies that manufacture products for Australia and New Zealand DO change the formula, and most often, the effective ingredients are not included, as, like yohimbine, for example, they are considered "prescription drugs" over here. As for whether or not the product is as effective as the US version, no it will not be, simply because the ingredients that make it so effective are excluded.

Not sure how you got Biotest Hot Rox on that list, as the Australian version does indeed contain yohimbine, and does not differ from the US version (and I know, because I have ordered it before); although the label IS different.

And, IMO, at the end of the day, the effectiveness of a fat burner is generally dependent on a combination of your diet and exercise, with minimal emphasis on your supplements (unless you are already very lean and have everything else right and are just looking at losing that last 1-2% bodyfat).

You can also use products that do NOT contain yohimbine for effective results, such as RPN's DCP (if you could find it). Ingredients such as raspberry ketones, TTA, and 7-oxo are effective for fat loss. Look around.
