Replacing a meal with milk

Can I replace the chicken from the chicken and rice meal with milk? It’ll take protein from 280 to about 240 but the calories will be the same

I’m talking for straight mass

I always get ocd about liquid calories because they aren’t as satiating and don’t sit in the stomach as long so I feel like I’m getting less gains but is that just in my head?

If you remain satiated and free from stomach discomfort, you're reaching your protein goals still, and it's something you want to do, then why not?

Would likely be less satiating but if you still hit your macros it's no difference other than it being a casein/whey vs meat protein. Personally I would opt for whole goats milk as it's easily digestible and find it's much easier on the stomach overall. I also find it much more satiating than dairy because of it's nutrient efficiency.

If nutritionally it works with your goals, sure.
