I have been using PGH with a great amount of success over the last year but now there seems to be some complication in getting it up to Canada from my current source. PGH seems to alter my metabolism to enable me to stay leaner. What would be a good replacement product, one that I could get here in Canada, or have minimal problems with shipping.
