REM question

I currently take lean dreams for sleep. In the past I had to take ambien for sleep problems. Well I am now up to needing four a night of lean dreams to go to sleep, but it's a good sleep. Does REM help with putting me to sleep?

Never used it....but doesn't REM stand for "Rapid Eye Movement," meaning "really, really deep sleep?" Also...Washington State or the real WSU?

Lol, neither one. Weber State University. Attending Vanderbilt next year. I know what it means, I was just wondering if it helps you fall asleep as well is all.

Erm, I don't know much about LD but think of REM more like a version of the 1-c in PowerFULL blended specifically for sleep.

4 Caps of rem and you'll have an awesome sleep, it doesn't knock you out, but i was consistantly falling asleep within 20 minutes on it, even while on Tren! I need to pick up some more my sleep is poop right now. Also i used it at 4 caps for 5 months straight with no loss of effect, it's an underrated supplement or sure.

I have to give REM partial credit for the success of Anabolic Innovations and Healthy Cheat Foods I like to get 8 hours of sleep a day so 56 hours a week.

Well every week I just never went to bed. I sometimes would work 26 hours straight. I started taking REM and it was amazing. I would wake up after just 5 hours of sleep and felt COMPLETELY refreshed. It also helped me to fall asleep, not that I had much trouble with that though lol
