Reggie's Swole Stack Halo/Tren/Dermacrine

Ditching the caffeine will def help avoid painful spikes. Mine on 28mg of Msten (Ultradrol), 6 tabs AMS 4AD & 8 caps Finaflex 1-Alpha was 155/60, vs 120/70 normally....felt like crap & got bp headaches way too often.

This was a very short period mind you, & there's no way I'd have continued that dosage if the cycle wasn't ending several days after I found out anyway.

Did pretty good today with caffeine, only had 1 can of coke zero. Skipped my pre before training tonight also. To be honest I didn't notice a difference as far as performance so cutting that out is going to be easier than I thought.

Back pumps were pretty bad last night and still feeling it today. Was supposed to train legs but not sure if that's going to happen. I'll see how I feel a little later.
 
Ok so the sides are really starting to get to me. Back pumps and high bp. I am dropping the Tvar and lowering my halo to 50mg a day to see if this helps.
 
I'd keep the Halo @ 75mg & 4AD at 3 or 4/day but dump the Tvar. Or you could lower the Tvar to 60 & the Halo to 50 & AMS to 3/day. That would let you cycle much longer if the drop in drugs makes it manageable. I'd try that first before totally killing the Tvar, & dropping one of each should make a noticeable difference.

Alright no more crying. I loaded up on water, ate some bananas and some potatoes and actually feeling pretty good right now. Time to go sweat!
 
Halo always made me feel like trash at the second or third week

Ya man not a fan at all. The gains have been pretty good. I'm up 8.5 pounds and that's including my little bout with the stomach flu so not bad. Definitely look much bigger, but the lethargy, high bp, and back pumps suck
 
Trained at home tonight. Still doing my crazy make shift routine. Felt great, muscles were pumped more than I think they've ever been. If your short on time and looking for something new or just want to get mega swole give this a shot.

Start off with a quad set
Incline db bench to seated db press to incline curls to seated curls. 45 lb db 10 reps per each for 4 sets.

Next is a tri set
Lower the incline angle
Incline db bench to standing alt db curls to seated bent over rear delt raises. 50 lb db on bench and curls and 30 lb on rear delt raises again 10 reps per for 3 sets

Next is a superset
Flat db bench to standing db shrugs 80 lb db same reps for 4 sets.

Finished off with front raises/side raises/db jabs
15 lb dbs 10 reps per and 15 sec jabs

I will do this routine every other day.
Tomorrow I will do a similar routine training back legs and tris.
 
What are your rest periods, or are there any? Looks like a killer!

No rest, I paired movements together that allowed me to keep going without having to adjust the weights on everything but the rear delt raises.

bp is all out of whack again, been getting some pretty bad headaches from it. Training went great, was able to go up 5 pounds on each ss so there's a bonus. My joints started aching pretty bad after though.

Good on raising the weight amounts but not good on the BP. I wonder which compound raises your BP? Any idea?

Just a quick question, I noticed you mix pwo with your PH’s.

And, when I do it, I only use stim free versions of PWO when needed.

How are your Blood pressure coping with it? I know as are all different, etc…

I actually decided to 86 all pwo's and have cut down on caffeine significantly as I figured they could be causing a rise in blood pressure.

Had a great Thanksgiving at my brothers new house. Taught my little nephew how to throw and properly catch a football also which was cool since I have all girls who could care less about the sport lol ate more than my share of course ;)

Tonight I trained my normal routine but this time dropped the weight on my quad set and did 10 sets. My veins in my biceps and forearms looked like they were going to pop out of my skin! Didn't get a weight today but will get one tomorrow. Bp has been good today, checked it around 11a and it was 124/82 winning!

What weight do you use for those J-lifts? 40 reps I'd have to use like 135, maybe 225. But prob 135 or so at the end of all that volume. They really get a painful burn in the glutes/hams.

As long as you're on gear you won't lose any mass while training for the fight if diet is high protein. Might lose some weight if activity goes up & calories don't, but you should hold your mass ok. I'd still consider 1 or 2 basic whole body lifts/wk though. The fighters I've known always did that. Squats, bench/military, pullups, dips, maybe deads or cleans/presses. Basic tried-and-true compounds to work the most muscles possible in the fastest timeframe. A combo of those, say 4-5x10-15 for 2-4 different lifts (obv less volume on the olympic stuff & deads).
 
I actually was kicking around the idea of keeping bench some back work and squats and dropping the rest for now.

For the Jeffersons I just go with 135, not a lot of weight but I don't think I'd be able to do much more lol

I know this post is a couple days old but I'm wondering about it. I ran Tvar at 180-210 ED all with 180 of M1,4ADD. Never had any spikes in BP that were obvious. Also ran Tvar solo and nothing like this. Also no back pump till I added the methyl bold. Tvar was one if the most side free PH/DS I've ever done. I'd be amazed if it caused high BP but then this might be proof of how everyone is different. I also ran high amounts of stims. But my pwo drink always includes a decent amount of nitrates which to me is the biggest protector from hypertension that there is OTC.. Stims mixed with nitrates allowed me to have a BP of 122/78 on Epi at 40 and Cyanostane at 20. Which to me isn't high bp at all considering.... I'd say add in a bunch of nitrates. It should make a difference within 2 days
 
This is sound logic. Idk how safe it is, as everything needs to stay consistent to stay healthy, but lots of nitrates would allow you to run more bp increasing stims/hormones.

I don't think it's that big a deal though to cut them. I mean, adding the nitrates is really just solving problems we created by having to use the pwo's. But it could help with the Tvar too.

A lot of Tvar users do get high bp, apparently.
 
Went to the gym for some cardio tonight, bag work, rope slams and 10 minutes on the treadmill. Wanted to train back but my legs are still pretty sore. Bp has been perfect the last couple of days, I really hope this continues as I start coming to the end of my cycle.
 
It was just me and another guy at training tonight, my trainer's brother was killed in a car wreck late last night so training was called off but we wanted to get some work in. Unfortunately he's a 155er and couldn't have weighed more than 160 tonight so I was considerably stronger and to my surprise faster than him. If nothing else I guess I got in some cardio. Got home and decided to get in some chest training.

70x10x9 from set 5 on the last few reps were pretty brutal
70x9 couldn't get 10 this time but its on next time
 
Damn, that really sucks for your trainer.

Way to put in that extra work. Your intense workouts are why you're quicker AND stronger than him.

Worked on some drills last night with 4 other guys from my mma gym. Takedowns, takedown defense, pad and mitt work, and a little bag work. Starting to really get my confidence back. It's amazing how missing a bunch of training screws with your head. Getting back on track now however and ready to bring the heat!!!

Going to get some bi/chest/shoulder training in here at home in a few. Going to take a mix of pre's and see how it makes me feel. My bp has been perfect lately. I have also been adding some Body Mortar intra but down to my last scoop today (sad day!)

Felt really aggressive today, endurance was very good as well. Only a few days left of this run, setting up my pill box tonight with my pct supplies :)

Flat db bench SS with front to side laterals for the first 5 sets and SS with db shrugs for the last 5 sets
70x10x10 25x10x5 70x10x5

Flat flyes SS with db jabs
30x12x3 10lb db jabs for 20secs

Incline flyes SS with bent over rear delt raises
30x12x3

Wanted to hit biceps as well but ran out of time so will hit them tonight
