No worries on the DCP brother - different things work for different people, and diet/training/lifestyle are key to any outcomes.

Agmatine I usually hear dosed around 1g, 2x/day (with the cinnamon, with the biggest carb meals). This combo sounds more like it's for repartioning effects/fat attenuation than cutting, however. As for the cinnamon, I know you can get capped cinnamon & extracts at the supermarket in the vitamin aisles. Unsure on dosing, will employ it at some point (prob next pct or off time following). Cinnamon is fairly cheap, and guaranteed a good pump taking the agmatine with carbs if nothing else.

I do right now, 1-2g on upper body days if I know I can get a pump. Mainly for vanity reasons - it looks SICK. I will def not bother with a sleeved shirt on said days.

I'm referring to using it for the gh-stimulating & re-partitioning effects with a bigger carb meal (which some people have pre-workout, conveniently).

Just got done reading to my daughter and now it's time to get it done. Training at home so will just be training shoulders. About to go down some thunder and lightning!!!

Worked a 13 hour day came home ate supper and read to my daughter, by this time the gym was closed so did some shoulder training at home. Love the sauna like room I have my set up in. I sweat like a frickin pig!!

Day off from work today was so able to get to the gym and train back. Stayed away from Rack Pulls as I've been dealing with a little lower back pain and didn't want to make it worse

Good to cycle out things after a few months anyway to give the body time to heal & prevent too much accomodation (except for squatting, IMHO). Prob a great idea to rest the rackpulls for week or three.

Not uncommon for guys to leave deadlifts for a few weeks & return stronger if they continued to squat, if that eases your mind any. Keep working your back & traps & you should be g2g.

Heck I am getting big and little back sessions in. Little back is on leg/squat days - I just add deads in. Obviously big back just focuses on back.

I really like training back so usually try to hit it twice a week. I don't buy into the whole over training thing.

Also just known as the Jefferson lift, if you've ever heard that also. Kind of a squat/deadlift hybrid (they use so many similar muscles anyway). Boy you'll feel it different though - you'll wear out faster in areas you wouldn't on a traditional pull or squat movement. Painful as a volume finisher on leg day - and not just because they smack you in the nuts every single rep ;)

I wouldn't go heavier than 5RM til you get used to them (personally, I wouldn't ever use them as my primary leg movement) because it can be easy to pull with the weight misaligned or not keep your back safe when it's extremely heavy/you're very fatigued. That's just personal experience talking tho.

It's a lift IMO that you keep pretty light. Really feel it in my glutes today!
 
Didn't train last night as soon as I got off work I went down to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If you ride or just like to party your ass off that is the place to go. It's always the first full week in August and the town literally goes from 7000 people to around 700,000 people with tons of concerts, cool bikes, and half naked women!!

Did some fasted chest training at home today. Weight was 172.5 pre training but again I don't feel "smaller"

Definitely do not have another 4 days left of the Dpol, 2 days tops and probably 3 days left of the Condense. Very happy with the way this last 26 days have gone so far!!
 
So much volume, so little time to annihilate chest....

What flavor of Condense you have again? Tried a 1 scoop sample of the Berry flav right before a date a month or so ago - tasted great, not too sweet, & my arms were vascular just walking around. Was looking more full without even lifting on it lol

Love that saying!! I have the crisp apple. When mixed with the custard cream Dpol kinda taste like apple pie ala mode :D
 
That sounds really great mixed together honestly, even before you suggested the apple pie moniker. I thought the berry was pretty refreshing, so I could see apple following suit well enough.

It is pretty tasty. I really like the Dpol powder. I mean the tabs are great too but kinda big for my liking "that's what she said" :D
