I just saw the carnivore vanilla Carmel at vitamin shoppe the other week. I thought that was a good combo of flavors.
 
Sounds good! I'm not a big fan of the cherry vanilla unless it's in the waffles. As a protein drink it's pretty nasty imo

Really?! 166! Holy Mackeral do you have "any" fat at all on your body? Is your skin transparent so you can see every muscle fiber? When are you competing!
 
Another sub 1500 calorie day today. The only carbs I've had are from a banana with breakfast. Took my daughter out for ice cream to torture myself even. While we were pulling into a parking spot some guy in a Jeep Cherokee backed right into us somehow. My little Metro didn't hold up to well. The entire bumper is toast. At least he has insurance and said he's going to turn it in tomorrow.
 
Weight has been kinda fluctuating a bit. I was 168.5 this morning and that was after a horrible cheat meal of pizza last night
 
Going to try to keep my calories below 1200 today. Breakfast was around 360 calories so shouldn't be a problem staying at or under.
 
I have about 5 days left of Inferno so from here on I will stay with the normal 3/3/3 dosing however I will use one of the doses 30 minutes pwo. Might as well put this energy to good use!!

Just took a dose and will be training chest.
 
So it turns out that Inferno is not bad as a pwo. Had a pretty good chest day. Energy was good throughout.

Thanks guys! Feeling great today so I'm going to train shoulders and biceps, and plan on ss those as well. Always seem to be short on time so for me it's the best way to get everything in, and makes for a nice sesh!

Damn my arms are pumped reading that! Do those little pilz make you happier in the head? I noticed that with samples.
 
Finally got to do some grilling tonight for the first time all year! It was pretty windy but the coals stayed lit so it was on!! Cooked up some chicken, fresh asparagus, and had some Greek yogurt for dessert delish!!!
 
For the past 3 days the front of my right delt has been twitching. Pretty much does it all day. Any ideas what this is from?
