Got very little sleep last night and honestly was trying to make excuses all day as to why I should just skip training, however I decided to suck it up and see what I could do. Obviously the Androgenix is helping because I had one of my best training days to date. Going with drop super sets and tri sets. These are killers but I'm able to power through them each and every time. I really haven't noticed any sides to be honest, my joints feel good, although today my right wrist started hurting a little bit but that could be because of the number of sets I did with very little rest between. My liver must be good as I'm not turning yellow. Anger level is in check. Libido is great, the boys are normal and I have an extreme Alpha feeling!! Trained bis/tris today.

This was probably the hardest workout I've had but I really had no problems getting through it. It did however take around 1 hour and 45 mins which is 45 minutes longer than I normally like to train but I got an amazing sweat and pump, and literally couldn't lift my arms when I was done!!
