Alright so I'm pretty sure I've done everything right so far acoording to this article Invalid Link Removed and my low carb diet. However, I was wondering about eating after my carb up meal that came an hour and a half after the post workout shake...Weird sentence I know....
I literally stuffed my face on that meal after my post workout shake--probably around 1200 calories, pretty much all good carbs, with a few sugars. Now I'm still feeling fuller than I've been in a LoooonG time. Should I just eat through it on my next meal or wait until I feel like it's had more time to digest?(So far it's been 2 and a half hours since my last meal) I'm planning on having 2 cups of oatmeal and a scoop of whey for this meal. Can anyone shed any light?? Thanks!
