Reduction of estradiol

I went to get my bloodwork done and the result came back that I was on the top end of the spectrum for E2/estradiol - my testosterone levels were still very high.

I talked to the doctor about reducing the estradiol and she didn't have a clue.

I thought of Proviron + Nolva or Anastrozole reduce estrogen but I'm afraid their use alone will screw up my otherwise healthy endocrine system.

Is there a natural way of reducing estrogen?
Only Supp serm/AI available in SA is Novedex-XT & 6-OXO.

Also if I were to use the AI/SERM route will it be permanent or will it rebound?

Thanks
J

J, need more info here,,,im guessing since you posted in PCT section you came off some kind of AAS?

when? what? how long? and so on,,,need more info

comacho, sorry if its in the wrong section. I strongly suspect it was caused my the medicine I've taken. Zithromax (antibiotics) & Pulmison (corticosteroids) for extended periods of time.

I have never taken AAS, but I am planning a cycle.

wastedwhiteboy2: What AI are you currently using?

Thank you for all the help!

Why not give a resveratrol product a try? check out :
Sustain by Primordial
Stoked by AI
Those two come to me off the top of my head, the Sustain is a transdermal, while the stoked is a pill. I would think you can benefit from either because Resv. is suppose to have serm like effects w/o typical serm sides.

how long you have been off the meds?

dont start the cycle until everything is under control, may take some time.

you can wait it out if you have no bad symptoms from high t and high e levels

SERM or SERM like OTC products wont reduce your estro level, you might get more

AI or ATD may jack up your T more, but no aromatase so maybe you will be alright afterwards.

i say wait it out for your body to normalize like i said if you have no ill effects right now.
