Barbbell shoulder Press: 85lbs 10x10
Rope Pushdowns: 80lbs 10x10
Weighted Ab Crunch: 3x20
Weighted Ab Twists: 3x20
Sidenotes: lethargic feeling wasnt present today..perhaps because of the Drive? Pump was insane today. Other than that, nothing really changed.
