Recreating Creatine? Creatrona Log- Rahl ~sponsored

Thanks to the guys at Finaflex for allowing me to try this one out. Of course it came with a caveat...I had to agree to go all out! Well, I think I can handle that. :D So, this means I'll be MEGADOSING Creatrona at 12 caps ed. I'm also running Ignite 2.0 so on training days I'll plan to drop to 10 caps of Creatrona since there is creatrona in Ignite also. I'm stoked to see how this goes. I haven't used creatine in about 6 weeks so I'm looking forward to some strength gains. I'll be curious to see how I react to this "new form" of creatine. I've tried them all. Honestly, the only thing I ever buy is Mono. So, impress me!

I received 4 bottles of Creatrona and this giant Finaflex dress in grey. Weird...

Anyway, I'll start the dosing tomorrow morning. I'm planning 4/4/4 for a while to see how that goes.

I'm in! Will be logging it in a few weeks. Good luck curious to see how the mega dose treats you. I weight around 215 right now so I may up the dose a little as well . Dress??? mine will be a fitted shirt! LOL

Lol. Well I'm sitting right around 185 right now but I'm only 5' 8"-9" so an xl is pretty long on me anyway. Maybe I'll send you mine
 
Leg night last night and man am I feeling that. Stuck to my plan for 2 caps of creatrona prior.

Ouch. Those split squats did me in.

This was the best workout I've had in weeks. I'm not really contributing it to any supplement it just was. I was in the zone and focused.

So far today I've got 8 creatrona in me.
 
Ok we'll I had to try 4 creatrona Preworkout along with a full scoop of ignite. I really feel like my workouts are getting back on track. :)

Best my bench has looked in a while. Training for 6 months with a stress fracture in my wrist really set me back I think. Now my other wrist is feeling slightly tweaked. Not good. Damn it!!!
 
I am supercharged with 4-Creatrona and ignite... the first time I really felt and almost electrical charge. I almost always get that now as well...

Yeah I think I'll be sticking to that combo on training days. I love the extra drive and pump.

Felt extremely strong on those pull-ups. 13 is a PR. Had to quit on the uprights. Haven't done those in a long time but the wrist was killing. Great pump throughout the workout.
 
Yah I can't wait to get 4 of those in me and power up for today's workout. I always look forward to my workouts but not as much as I am right now, I am hating off days...

Much needed rest day for me today. My upper back is really strained from the combination if lifting and moving people. Lol

Pretty good night. Front squats felt good. I was able to go very deep on those. Below parallel. I haven't done those in ages but I'm missing squats so badly that I thought I would make the switch to front squats.

Felt great tonight. Especially for a Monday. Great pump all night long. I'm up about 2 lbs at this point. I've adjusted my diet into more bulk the last 10 days. Ready to start my winter season. Time to grow. :)

Yah my strength is up as well, it was down for a bit and I'm still getting used to being sub 200 lbs ...

Yes. Strength fluctuates and I try not to let it mess with my head when it's down. 6 weeks of no creatine made me feel flat as hell. This has me back and firing on all cylinders.
 
I know its still pretty early, but have you noticed any water retention (hoping not) I know this is a big factor when people choose a creatine, especially monohydrate.
 
Another solid workout. Still really feeling good. Tried a few different things tonight as I'm trying to work out some issue in my upper back area.

Hard to judge strength since I didn't do my normal exercises but I felt really good and energetic.

It's hard to judge at this point. I am bulking so it may remain difficult to judge but overall my impression is that's minimal. Similar to creapure.

Just remember this is actually Creapure .. just double buffered... same product, just improved...

Yeah. I guess I'm saying I don't see any increases bloat due to the process.

That's cuz the product is now fully active in your body, I get sort of an electric kind of body buz and the muscle fullness is nice. Everything just pops like my biceps look like a couple of softballs and it takes very little effort to make them pop...

My back is REALLY tweaked. I'll be calling my chiro as soon as he opens up to see if he can squeeze me in here today. Think I rolled my sacrum out doing either the front squats or the leg presses Friday. Grrrr.....

Friont squats are the best for quad development but ust watch your knees .. stay back on your heels...and don't go too heavy.

I kept them fairly light but I did go up a bit this week. My neck is getting better so the back squats must have been the culprit there. I'll keep with the front squats for a while and see how it goes.

So I went to the Chiro yesterday after fuggin my back up good on Friday. Determined that I rolled my sacrum out doing leg presses or the front squats. Got my **** back in line. Went to the gym anyway last night though I was sore as hell. I couldn't get my feet flat on the floor when I set up to bench because of the swelling in my low back. Once I out some weight on it though it sat me down. Lol. I took it "easy" on it so here's the workout.

Chest

Threw in a lot of machine work to keep my back from getting to jacked up. Was a bit scary throwing those DBS up for the inclines but they went ok.

Backs feeling a lot less sore today so hopefully I'll be able to hit the gym ok tonight. Should be my back night but might become more of a shoulder trap workout depending on how the back is feeling by then.
 
Took the day off of work today to catch up on side work. Lol very busy right now on some new labeling projects and a few new clients just making me go go go. The back is about 90% today. Feeling much better. Last night I modified the workout pretty heavily to accommodate it being sore.
