Recreate R E S U L T S

There is alot of talk on here about how recreate works and dosing and diet and such. I thought it would be cool to have a thread specifically for RESULTS! I know it has only been out for a few weeks, but I was hoping people could list what they have ACCOMPLISHED using Recreate, as well as before and afters. I just started mine 4 days ago, and will be posting pix after my first bottle, then again after my second. Who's got some RESULTS to post?!?!?!?!?!

well the feedback thread is pretty off base, its all over the board and has little to do with the actual results ppl are getting, or any before and afters or anything. Like if there were a thread labled Mullet Feedback and they talked about buzzcuts and flattops, it would suck.
If I had a bad Idea to actually have a thread with focus just on results, I apologise:frustrate

How does the thread not focus on results? Almost every post in the thread is either a result, or elaborating on why those results were achieved.
 
its more Feedback *as the thread title states* like, made me hungary or felt this or that. Im talking about focusing on actual tangible results, thats all. Either I wasnt specific enough or I'm completely retarded for thinking that someone who is spending money on a bottle of pills would want to see facts and figures about what ppl have accomplished with it as opposed to what they are stacking with, what made them bloated what made their furry coin purse tingle etc.

As for losing the desire for junk food, I was already on a super-clean diet before because I was gaining weight due to low T levels, and Recreate totally reversed this problem. I kept my calories the same, except I managed to actually lose some of the fat I had put on in the previous weeks, and still put on some LBM !

Where I first noticed ReCreate working was down in Punta Cana. Like most, my diet went to crap, drank literally from 11am til 2 am everyday. Ate Chicken wings and fried chicken as my bedtime snack drunk, lol......and my workouts at the gym there were half ass'd. Id do 2 sets, 8-10 rep range just so I felt like i was doing something.
* After all of that, I wasnt gaining any fat at all....my abs were looking as good on day 7 as they did on day 1. This was amazing considering what I was eating. I was a little bloated from the food, but still looked very lean.

I got home and back into a normal routine, I noticed my weights began to increase. I first chalked it up to getting rest while on vacay and finally given my muscles a break. But after 2 weeks being home my weights have still been increasing. My abs are still looking great, new striations in my shoulders, veins in my chest and shoulders that werent there before.

My body weight has increased throughout this also. I havent measured body fat, but before I left I was down to 170lbs, I am now back to 178 and still as lean. I truly dont think my bf has increased at all.

About 2 weeks ago I messaged Kenton, and Jacob to ask if anyone else has had significant strength increase from ReCreate because I was so suprised by my results. Not out of this world, but im not a huge guy either. An example would be DB Incline from 80's for 12, to 90's for 10, my bench is up, etc.....

I can't say much about the will power aspect of Recreate because to be honest, I've eaten clean for so long that most junk food holds no appeal to me. The biggest noticeable change has been in body weight. Friday morning, I was 210 pounds. I ate roughly 3800 calories on each day - Fri/Sat/Sun and yet today, I'm down to 205.

At the moment I am in contest prep mode and recieved my 3 bottles of Recreate and a XL shirt which is a bit big but that is just mostly do to me beening so short 5' 6" I hope to fill it out after the contest though not with any fat that would be nice. Currently I am 225 started the week out at 227.5 so looking good so far Checked my temp a couple days before taking the Recreate and so far it has raised my temp by 1 degree and sweating like a pig. Hopefully I will get some pics up this week in my log in the contest prep section.

Now the good news. I'm down 2.5 lbs the first week! I think this may be an accurate number. I did not make a big change in my diet when I started, so I don't think it's water weight. The real test will be if I can keep this pace for 3 more wks.

Those are only on the first three pages. Maybe if you spent less time concentrating on sarcasm and ridiculous smilies, and more time on reading, you'd see the results you were looking for?

I don t think i was being sarcastic. I was just supporting my reason for thinking it would be good to have a thread focused on actual results, instead of a bunch of back and forth, like this thread has now become. I am not very experienced in posting in forums, and I thought it was cool that u could put the little animations. Well, if you know how to delete this thread, now that its totally useless, go ahead, cuz i dont know how to
