Recreate Questions

Okay so I ahve been reading on recreate. I have a few questions because I am very sensitive to stimulants. Back in the day I took Hot Rox which I got shredded using it but in the end had anxiety because of it. Also I read somewhere some guy said that he thinks recreate causes vasoconstriction, is their any truth to this? Please any information would be awesome.

Chris

I haven't had good luck with it. And I'm doing everything possible. you might want to try something else.

Just because it doesnt work for you doesnt mean it wont work for him some people are nonreactors to products you may be one while everyone raves about some of the NO products i dont feel them at all its really down to the person i have heard great reviews from people about recreate but theres alwats a few with every product that just dont respond.

didnt win this for nothing.

We designed ReCreate deliberately to avoid stimulant sensitivities, such as yours; as a result, it is doubtful it will produce the type of jitteriness, over-wakefulness and anxiety you speak about in your initial post.

In regard to ReCreate being a vasoconstrictor, that is hard issue to address. Caffeine is a potent inhibitor of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterases [PDEs - think Viagara], and by this mechanism, causes cAMP-dependent increases in nitric oxide synthase [a potent vasodilator]. As a result, Caffeine's centrally acting method of action may actually increase the dilative effect in peripheral issues, and not decrease it; this being said, this action may very well reverse in time, as Caffeine exerts cumulative effects on the medullary vasomotor complex!

So are you trying to say that it may do the opposite of vasoconstrictor? Well I started taking recreate yesterday. A few things about me. I noticed a little tightness in my chest and my head sometimes felt like a baloon and then went away. I said screw it I'll see if my body adjusts. I took it this morning and I feel a little better. I am taking one in the morning and one later. Now what I felt yesterday is there anything in this products that can cause those side effects? DO they sound like somehting dangerous or might just be forms of anxiety and my body needs to adapt. I will say no jitters though and clean energy. Had an awesome workout and already feel like it has helped me lose a little bit.

Yes, Caffeine may have an entirely opposite effect to vasoconstriction at first! I was merely trying to point out the issue is appreciably confusing and inconclusive in that regard.

I would chalk that response up to something most likely unrelated to ReCreate - an unaccounted for variable in the greater mix of things!

This is a great product !! The best I have ever used no side effects at all for me. Kills your appetite but does work for sure. Not good if you are trying to gain alot of size but really good for dropping weight. Try Jack3d by usp as well it gets you so amped up preworkout.

I would but jacked would probably give me a full blown anxiety attack. So I took my second dose and I notice pressure in my head still. NOt sure why this is happening. Is there anything in Recreate that would cause this?

Chris

Not that I know of I liked it alot Im not sure you could really react to something after only 2 doses anyway ya know it may an overanalyzing thing ya know I tend to do that when I first start something new try giving it a week or so

I was thinkingh maybe that is it, maybe I am overanalyzing everything. Well today is my third day on the Recreate. I feel hot right now as I type this, which I guess is okay. I got a little bit of what I call a pressure headache when I took it this morning, but it is liveable. I remember when I took hot rox I never got heart palpitations or anything like that. I would get pressure in my head, dizziness, or numbness in my face. Which I have read can be caused by over active thyroid. Hot rox basically does what Recreate says, stimulate thyroid produce more hormones, etc.. Would Recreate raise levels of thyroid and be dangerous? I want to lose fat but I value my body too.

Chris

Just curious if having 100/60 blood pressure would be considered too low to take this product. I remember reading forkoslin can lower bp and is not recommended for people with low bp,and can cause death. Would I be in this category or should I be fine? Would this product cause tightness in chest at all? Or would that just myself giving myself anxiety. Also I will try drinking more water.

Chris

man seriously if you are this worried about things just do cardio and watch your diet nothing is worth this much worrying ya know

I've been on Recreate for three days so far and I love the stuff. Seeing that it is stacked with Prime, Anabolic Pump, and Powerfull, I'm not sure where which is causing the warm feeling, which is good considering I want to burn the fatt. Warming is a part of stimulants that I always get. Energy is great and furthermore I'm focused in the gym. Cardio was a breeze today, so it's doing what I expect from it and the USP line.

Great work!

I have always had a low BP; diastolic is about 56. I've used Recreate 2x, and recently just started it again with no issues. You're overthinking it and probably giving yourself the tightness.

Yeah that tightness has gone away, but honestlly guys what won't is this pressure in my head. I thought maybe I'm worrying but it keeps coming back when I am so relaxed anot even thinking about it. It is pissing me off because I have noticed the Recreate help me stay focus and have better work outs. I notice the warmth now too and I feel a little leaner. I have dieted with fat burners and without. When I used Hot Rox my BF went down to below 8 and I gained strength, side effect I recieved anxiety at end. When I did it all natural I lost way more strength and could not get as lean without killing myself so I didn't. I am hoping this Recreate could do what hot rox did for me without side effects. If I was not getting this stupid pressure in my head which makes it feel in throat at times, I would be fine and enjoying this so far.

Chris

I am drinking water and it is not a headache but like a sinus pressure headache sometimes even feels like in my throat a little. So I do not thing advil is needed. It is kind of wierd. Sometimes I feel it on the side of my head or the back. It does not hurt but feels pressure.

Chris

To be honest I do not think it is a cold, but rather maybe my body reacting to the product. I don't know if I should continue and see if my body can adjust or maybe stop.

Chris

Its also the middle of april man you sure you dont just have allergies? I just find it hard to believe all this is coming from 2 days dosing of recreate man

Please keep us updated on this. This is not something I have personally ever heard of as a side-effect from Recreate but as I said, keep us updated. Increase water intake, take a few deep breaths outside in the fresh air, etc...

Well I have decided to see what happens today. I took a dose about an hour and half ago. Feel not too bad but also yes I have bad allergies which can be similar but not as intense. I also get hives sometimes and had to take a zyrtec this morning. I will say this, the type of anxiety Ihave got in the past is not the jittery kind. It actually is always the head feel like baloon, or lump in throat type thing. It happens every once in a while and I control it and not overreact because I know what it is. I am thinking maybe my body is not used to concentrated stuff and is overreacting a little bit. If this does continue I will stop as it is too uncomfortable.

On a plus, I feel more energy, have felt warm and already notice fat loss. In three days very impressive. My diet is very clean. Nothing but sweet potatos, oat meal and whole rye bread for carbs, with maybe and orange for snack with half a bananna on after workout out shake. I am eating every 2 to 3 hours. Taking in protein with almost every meal. I knwo how to diet right and workout right, and I wanted to test myself and get as shredded as I was a few years ago when I took hot rox. I do not know what I was but I had a vein across my abbs and two up the side of the lower area! That would be nice to get back, if I have to do it natural then I have to accept more muscle loss.

Chris

anyone have suggestions about how to get this last bit of fat off a week out from my wedding so trying to get beach ready for the honeymoon . Some say carb up some say just protein ...cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach?

PM me..

So I decided to take one pill today. I still had some pressure when I took it earlier but now I have none. Maybe because I did not take a second. I may take the weekend off and try back up on Monday, to see how my head feels the next few days.

Well I took one pill today and still the pressure headaches are unbelievable. Unfortunately I will not be able to take this.

Chris

sounds like a bit of dehydration ...i had the same exact pressure headaches ...upped my water intake by a half gallon ...total of 1 1/2 gallon of water/day problem solved and feel great ....add some fish oil in that always seems to help me with pressure headaches!

please do NOT underestimate the power that recreate packs ...just because you cant feel the caffeine rush does not mean it's not working. it's a silent killer, and very effective at that if used properly! ...just try to up the water intake by a half gallon and if that doesnt work try 2 full gallons of water a day, because i know recreate really dehydrates especially on days i workout.

alot of it could also be psychological, i have stopped taking many supplements in the past due to the fact that i "think" it's causing a problem, and i think about it so much that it actually does cause the problem.

(i.e.) - if you got a pressure headache the first few times, then you may be acclimated to believe that its the recreate that is causing the headaches, but in reality you thinking so deeply about it, is actually faking your body into having a pressure headache. (sorry if that is a little confusing)
