Recreate and CLA for cutting?

Hi all, I'm new to the forum and actually joined in search of some advice for cutting. I'm 5'6, 150lbs and maybe around 14% body fat. I've been trying to get that last few pounds off, and it's a real pain. Nothing seems to work for me no matter what I do... my weight just stays the same at 150, even with watching my diet, cardio + weight training in the morning and evening respectively, the P90X workout.... I've even taken Animal Cuts and Hydroxycuts in the past, but had to get off of them because they were making me way to anxious and jittery.

From what i'm reading about Recreate, this might be good for me because of the low caffeine- though i'm hesitant to waste even more money on something that my body might not react to. I also read somewhere about the helpful effects of CLA. Can anyone give any guidance on CLA, i.e. what brands they recommend, how much to take, when to take it etc., and is it safe stacked with Recreate?

You could also check out your local Vitamin Shoppe... They carry Recreate/Anabolic-Pump and CLA.
 
My wife is running the ReCreate and CLA together. She is going with 2 Capsules of ReCreate pre-training and on non-training days 2 Capsules in the morning and CLA taken 3 times daily.

What are your thoughts on how much CLA to take? Some people are saying around 6 grams a day?

I think i read somewhere that around 4g daily aids in fat loss and preservation of muscle too.

Just to add to what Mickfooties wrote, in terms of CLA dosing. When CLA is used solo, about 6gr daily are required. The dosage may be lower, though, if the CLA is esterified. When used as a part of a fat-loss stack, 4gr-6gr daily may be required, again, depending on whether or not it is plain or esterified CLA.

Take CLA preferably with food for best absorption. Do not take fiber supplements at the same time.

I love CLA. Would include it in any fatloss stack.

As mentioned, AP is a definite must also. You should see great results.

strategic, in the past u've mentioned not to use fiber supplements with fats like omega-3s and now CLA...is this limited to fiber in general or just fiber supplements...meaning oatmeal is cool but don't take psyllium husk with it?
 
i cant believe people r still using CLA, its worthless unless ur taking large doses - save ur money and just use the recreate...
