i am new to this forum and just thought i would throw out what i am stacking and try to get some feed back.
i am recovering from a BAD motorcycle accident from nov 2004 and was in the hospital for 8 months. I am now a "ak" amputee and trying to gain stregth.
weight-165, considering without the 20 lbs of leg i lost lol
height-6'2
normal activity level, lost of upper body use during the day, on forearm crutches
good quad stregth but very weak hamstring stregth... do to nerve damage
a lean high protein diet, calories 1700-2100
(plan to do lots of cardio)
1 –2 venom(before workout(6-8 am)
before lunch(12am-2pm
1-venom
2-thyrogen
2-special tactics
before dinner 6-8pm
1-thyrogen
2-special tactics
before sleep 10-12 pm
2-3 lean dreams
(on alot of meds but doc says wont interfere with diet plan)
