Recomp with Epistane / Win50 / Trenazone

No worries bro, the more questions - the more we all learn.

First off, I am no expert but from everything I read I just thought Nolvadex was the way to go. Details about eye sight issues and emotional stuff with clomid, swayed my decision pretty heavily. Torem might have been a good choice as well. Anyone else that wants to chime in their opinions feel free.

I like Endosurge a lot. I tend not to go with the 3 x 2 caps dosing though. I end up dragging my ass during the day, as for it really can relax me. I find 2 before my workout or after my workout, and then 4 at bedtime works pretty sweet. I always sleep well on endosurge, with vivid dreams.

Personally, I wouldn't sell them. Try a bottle and send your brother the other for July 4th!

Yes. I wanted to get in a few workouts in PCT before posting a review / reflection of the stack. Will definitely be doing so though, and including stats. Arms gained an inch, I can tell you that much.

Another fine arm workout, strong pump. During 7s for ez curls was experiencing some cramps in my bi's. Just some random flexes later in the day produced the same effect. Perhaps need more BCAA's. Recovery should be a little longer from this point on. Time will tell.


I will post up a review of the stack tomorrow. With some key measurements. These measurements will also be updated after pct.

- Great workout this morning. Did not hit the all the reps that I did last week, but felt good throughout. I am noticing my strength is still there, but it takes much more effort to push the heavier weight. Legs were very wobbly by the end of the workout. I'll take it!

For sure, holding the Pens to 2 goals and a sweep was totally unexpected. Eastern Conference Champs still has a nice ring to it.

As promised... reflection on Win50/Epistane/Trenazone stack.

First of all even though I had a couple of set backs (some nose bleeds, blood pressure), all in all it was a pretty good run.

Win50 did what it was supposed to do which was add muscle hardness and vascularity - however to dose it correctly it was an expensive compound.
Epistane definitely added strength and some aggression - I really did not notice much of a difference when it came to dosing at 40/50/60 mg, perhaps I didn't run it long enough at 60?
Trenazone perhaps was dosed a little low as I only had one bottle - but still felt it kick in with some strength gains, appetitie increase, and some added water.

PROs:

- Increased strength
- Increased recovery
- Better than normal focus
- No gastric issues
- Libido was constant
- NO joint issues
- NO real changes in skin (acne/oily)

CONs:
-Blood Pressure was hard to control (perhaps from going 60mg on Epistane, the stacking, or Trenazone - hard to pin point). Adding a bedtime dose of baby aspirin, as well as 200mg of C0Q10 did lower my blood pressure. That said, I also did lower my Epistane dosing to 40mg.
-Had some very short nose bleeds, that were likely linked to my bp.
-Lethargic - weeks 3-5 this was much more predominant.
-Last 2-3 weeks craved everything in site. It was like the Anabeta black hole on steroids. (perhaps this is not a con)

Key Measurement Changes:

Weight: 225 to 241
Waist: 35 to 36 1/4 -- f*ck !! lol
Chest: 45 to 47 1/2
Bicep: 16 to 17 1/4

Biggest changes in performance:

Squats: 260x8 --> 300x6 (290x8)
Bench Press: 270x4 --> 315x2 (305x4)

I suppose you can attribute 50% of the weight change to bodyfat/water.

I realize being a first time PH run, I should not have started so aggressively by stacking 3 products as I am not really sure what caused my blood pressure to rise. I do know that it started to increase with the introduction of Trenazone. However, at the same time my dosages of Win50 and Epistane were increasing.

I do plan on running Epistane again, but will do so solo or with BPS Dermacrine added. I would like to try HDROL first, as well as MStenRX as FU seemed to have a great run on that with no medical alert sides (BP).

One additional thing to note: I am now 7 days into PCT. Although my strength seems to be holding and infact I was able to get a couple of extra reps out of my bench this morning, I am finding I do have to push harder and am definitely not recovering as fast with stronger DOMS the following day.

Nice review, and nice gains on strength and size! (Except the waist, lol)

A someone who has never tried a PH, what would you recommend me trying? (I don't currently have any BP issues)
 
Neither need that IMO.

With the bp issues I encountered, I would recommend running Epistane solo. Then if you get a spike you know what the cause is. The stuff works, and both HDROL and Epi are considered 'mild' so a good starting point.

Great workout. I am not sure if I could have been going heavier all along with my dumbbell deadstops. Last week was rowing up 95's, today 105's.. Everything else was on point. New parts finally came for my lat tower so was able to get that back in top form before starting this workout.


Sides noted so far in PCT: Oily skin, acne - under skin that hurts, heart burn.

No, that was a great combo - but all out of Achilles. I have always had great success with SC though. And when things are going smooth, I typically can keep things in check with 2 caps.

I have been slacking on my cissus as well. My hips are bad today... I just don't get it.

Yeah man, up your cissus and try go get some glucosamine and msm. That stuff seems to help a bit

Solid arm session left me quite sore, almost achy. As mentioned recovery is done. I am even though strength is still there, I am finding I have to push way harder.
