Recomp with Epistane / Win50 / Trenazone

I thought the stuff you're on is supposed to prevent DOMS? Or is that other stuff? Ha, I'm new to this stuff so humor me. :)

Aids in recovery, but I have had wicked DOMS the entire run. But I would attribute that to working harder than ever. Even with added BCAA's .. I still am sore as hell the next day.

Yeah, that makes sense. You have been shredding it up in the gym.

Working hard he says. Working harder than a chain gang in Arizona heat. No one puts up lifting and cardio volume like you do.

In on this! Killin' it wasme!

Thanks FU. I remember your last few logs... with the incredible volume and 1 hour of cardio... trying to follow suit!

Great arm workout this morning.. update on its way.

Great mind / muscle connection this morning. There is something to be said about getting up in the morning and getting to it before anyone can 'influence your day' . I was totally focused, and using Breezy's technique of 4L/4R, 4L/4R for each set of bicep dumbbell work - enjoyed a massive pump.

Still have DOMS from shoulders two days ago. Arms feel very heavy today.

Alright. Need to see guns that move this much weight. If you feel comfortable enough, give us a glimpse ! OK, that sounds creepy.

Arms killed - check !

Dayum !!!

Huge progress dude!

What in the !?!?
That is incredible progress.

I know I was very surprised. But when FU said he had capped 17 the other day, I thought I have to measure again. Was going to wait till I was all done next week. Just have to hold on to it all through PCT. I have definitely noticed a change in my arms, shoulders, and upperback/chest.

I'm gonna have to check mine now lol. I haven't measured my arms in a long time. Curious now

It's offical I gota stop looking at this beast's log making me feel so weak!!! Killer update

Lol I don't put myself through it! Stupid genetic weak point!

Mine are my ankles and wrist lol I have the smallest little b1tch wrists and there's nothing I can do about it...thanks mom

You did leg extensions and threw in an FST leg extensions for fun ??? Solid workout wasme. All the lifts look impressive.

I have been taking 4 Achilles and 6 fish oil per day. I have never had much luck with cissus.

My joints have been OK except for injured ones, but I have never felt comfortable bough to really test them.

Thanks brother. Ya I find the burn during leg extension 7's just kills (in a good way). Getting up after 7 sets is a bit wobbly. Have a take a moment before starting Stiff Legged Deads..

Cissus seems to have worked pretty good for me, same with Achilles.

Nice work bro! Your quads must've been screaming!

Impressive leg work wasme!

Great to hear the SuperCissus/Achilles combo is treating you well...joint issues are awful.

Thanks Breezy. So true, I was having problems earlier in the year with my knees from running. Cissus really alleviated that pain.

Muscle hardness and pump, are now just a waking thing as it doesn't take much for the pump to start and muscles remain hard and full all day. Good mind/muscle connection today which reflected in some good increases either in weight or reps.

Rest day tomorrow.. Go Bruins!

Wow bro your bench numbers are insane!! I think you could be hitting 350 for multiple reps

Those bench numbers are sick dude.

Thanks Dan. My goal on this stack was to hit 300. I think I have enough pills to hit the next chest workout - so here's hoping!

Way. Sick. On. Bench.

You can definitely hit 300x5, bro. Especially if you're 295x5 on the 7th set!!

What is a ladder P/U?

Awesome work! Your work ethic is very impressive, always doing cardio before or after weights, I need to do that more!

Just to reiterate what everyone has already said, nice fukking bench. Good luck breaking through the 3's and hopefully halfway to 4.
