How was the 4ad rde for you. Were you just trying to combat lethargy with it. I'll be incorporating this two weeks in.
 
Yeah was good. Didn't feel lethargic or loose libidio at all. The two week pre to pct helped aswell I think although could have run it at a higher dose or even just a week alone before pct
