Brief History and stats:few cycles before hdrol, mdrol, mdrol/stanodrol, mdrol/epi. In that order with some good gains. Lifting experience 5 years plus. 24 yo 5'11" STARTING WEIGHT 202.71 pounds or 91.95 kgs, current bf% unknown but id roughly say 12-14%
Goals to gain lean muscle mass and drop body weight plain and simple. Diet is in check 300 protein 260/300 carbs <80 fats which is about 3000 calories give or take on training and non training days. Cutting the drink which will be hard but another goal i want to achieve and this will help with saving money ! Yeahh buddy So here it is...

Day 1 was sunday 1/4 - rest day so casual day with girlfriend eating and lazing around haha
Day 2 smashed chest late in the evening, feeling pretty awesome haha lifted quite heavy trained very well considering a long day at work and being close to 11 pm at night workout involved : 4 x flat bench dumbbell, 4th set 80lbs for 6. 3 x matrix incline barbell press. 3 x peck machine heavy. Finished with til failure of chest dips
Day 3 Just got back from doing back about 20 minutes now and thought i should write this out and start this log, i guess better late than never ! Felt good decided to start with 4 x stright arm pull downs with rope went higher in weight than usual seeing it was first exercise so blood was pumping, exercises that followed felt this reaction. 4 x close grip lat pull downs heavy max 8 reps each set. 3 x hammer strength machine. 4 x rope seated row got a nice squeeze and pump happening!
Will post some pics when i can be bothered plugging my iphone into computer but yes soon though
