Started the pre-loading of my N2Guard yesterday, so I figured I'd get this up here. It is revised from the original ideas found in my thread.
M1d Black: 0/4/4/4/4/5/5/6 (caps/day)
Helladrol: 75/75/75/75/75/75/0/0 (mg/day with pulses to 100mg/day on weight days (4x/week) during the on weeks)
Katanadrol: 350/400/400/450/450/450/450/250 (mg/day)
T3: 0/20/40/60/50/30/10/0 (mcg/day)
UDCA - 250mg/day
N2Guard - Full dose, split in 2, never closer than 4 hours to an androgen dose.
P-slin
Heart Help (1/2 dose)
My usual supports including multi, fish oil, joint support, antioxidants.
I have adex on hand just in case, might just use a small dose 1x a week anyways.
PCT:
Torem: 90/60/60/30
Ostarine: 25mg/day
Anabeta
DAA: 3g/day

Diet will be IF combined with a build/burn approach.
Build days will be 3x a week, weightlifting days, 2-300 calories above maintenance.
Burn days will be 3x a week, cardio days, 2-300 calories below maintenance.
The "hybrid" day will be a weight/cardio day (core/calves/rotators), and will be maintenance calories.
Wights Are a full body 3x a week on build days, with a different "focus" each day, and an "auxillary" day:
Leg Day:
Squats 5x8-12
Flat flyes 3x10-15
Arnold Curls 3x10-15
Rear Delts 3x10-15
Chest Day:
Flat press 5x8-12
Leg Press 3x10-15
SLDL 3x10-15
Front/lateral Raises 3x10-15
Back Day:
Bent over rows 5x8-12
Deadlift 3x10-15
Arnold Press 3x10-15
Tricep Extensions 3x10-15
Aux Day:
Calf Raises 2x15 seated, 2x15 standing
Abs 3x20
back extensions 3x20
obliques 2x20
rotators 2x20
cardio 20 minutes LIS
Cardio Days will be 20 minutes HIIT or 30 minutes LIS depending on how dead I feel Invalid Link Removed
