Recommended use of Enhanced/Stimul8/Alphamine

Hey again,

You guys helped me tremendously with choosing a new PWO a week ago, and now I'm in need of your help again :D
Based on your votes/suggestions I have ordered Enhanced & Stimul8 for PWO, and Alphamine as Aerobics PWO.

My plan is recomp.

My current stack is :
45 minutes before w/o - 0.5 Scoop SNS Focus XT or 0.75 scoop Focus XT caffeine free.
30 minutes before w/o - 1 flat scoop DS craze (not the og one which was much better in terms of focus, therefor I added the focus-xt).
20 minutes before w/o - 1 Scoop IForce Hemavol.

Since my tub of craze is almost done, I will be using Stimul8 or Enhanced as the main PWO (Probably cycle between them).

So my question are:
  1. Stimul8/Enhanced -
    Recommended dosage ?
    How Long before w/o ?
    Should I stack it with something else ? (Hemavol or Focus-XT, or both)
  2. Alphamine -
    Recommended dosage ?
    Assuming you take it on empty stomach in the morning, should u go workout on empty stomach (in other words does it have any anti-catabolic components?)
    Should you take it every day? (I honestly prefer taking it only on aerobics day, while taking Stimul8 or Enhanced on lifting days)

    and once again, thanks a lot.
 
1) I'd definetly start at only 1 scoop of Enhanced 30-45 minutes pre-workout (especially if you take it first thing in the morning). Stuff packs a big kick, despite the 125mg Caffeine content (much more than just a caffeinated product). The Leucine Nitrate and Agmatine in Enhanced should serve as plenty for pumps and the energy and focus are quite unique with it as well, so I really see no need to add anything to it.
2) Start with 1 scoop Alphamine as well and 2 scoops as the max dosage (IF you feel the need to get up that high, may not need that much). The HICA in Alphamine is there precisely for its anti-catabolic effects. :)

Alphamine is primarily a fat burner so for full effects taking it daily and a couple times per day is recommended for maximum benefit. Otherwise, many to use it at times just for its pre-workout applications.
 
I would say half a scoop of Stimul8 with your Hemavol dose for starters to assess tolerance on lifting days.

Also, considering its appetite suppression and muscle sparring qualities, that it would be a perfect choice for fasted cardio and you could skip the Hemavol on those days.

We've had a few users try a quarter scoop of Stimul8 twice a day on non activity days as well and they enjoyed it for an energy, thermo and appetite suppression supp.
 
Alphamine will be your best choice for fasted cardio due to the SA2A + HICA. The HICA is anti-catabolic, while SA2A augments fat burning in a fasted state.

Use Stimul8 for general appetite suppression. That much caffeine will crush your appetite, so use it when hunger starts kicking up.

Enhanced is your best bet preworkout for the nitrates and agmatine
 
My main preference would be Enhanced as the pre workout choice for the same reason as above, nitrates and agmatine.

Although I do use Alphamine during cardio sessions where pump is not preferable.
 
OK, just a note - I usually do aerobics in the morning (eating or not eating before depending if my pre has any anti catabolic effects), and I w/o at noon or evening about 2.5 hours after I eat since I prefer taking PWO on a relatively empty stomach.

so if I got this right :

1.Alphamine -1 scoop upon waking up , 45-30 minutes before aerobics. (no need to eat before aerobics)
2.Enhanced - 1 scoop 30 minutes before W/O.
or
3.Stimul8 - 0.5 Scoop 30 Minutes before W/O + 1 Scoop Hemavol 20 minutes before W/O.

Yep on number three. Half a scoop is a good starting point to assess tolerance.
