Recommendations for a natty stack

I've made a list, just wondering if I'm missing anything? I will not use all of it at once* Just looking for ideas.

A SARM wouldn't qualify as natural. So... otherwise i like the list.

ArA + AnaBeta Elite is the commonly recommended natty stack. Some people have stacked Soy Lechitin on top of this as well (which would also cover your bases on the "ArA emulsification" - no need for GMS).

Bridge it with MyoSynergy + PA.

Or mix the combos.

No AlphaMax? I am dissapoint
Alphamax contains a full 50mg of 95% Forskolin, high percent extract so you shouldnt get any stomach upset! activates cAMP pathways
Also has a full 75mg arimistane to control both estrogen and cortisol, helping to lean you out while adding lean mass which is perfect for pct
And to round it out, Alphamax also contains Divanill + L-DOPA, perfect 1-2 punch for both Free and Total testosterone and to help reduce prolactin
And of course it contains full 4000iu of Vitamin D3 and Zinc for testosterone support.

Magnitropin + ArA was incredible for 8 weeks. Bridged it with ABE as well

Can anybody throw out some numbers on strength or mass gains on some of these things, like mass 550 or anything else natty friendly

Can anybody throw out some numbers on strength or mass gains on some of these things, like mass 550 or anything else natty friendly
Not massive like PH's, very different between people, and the bigger factor is diet.

In general,

Folli products = endurance, rep counts get noticeably larger, extra weight while using (3-5 lbs)

Anabeta = pumps and extra glycogen for muscles, correlating to all around better gym performance, weight gain is typically from the increased appetite and again glycogen.

Mass 550 = glycogen, for me it didn't meet claims but some like it.

Laxo = muscle fullness, increased stamina, again for me personally not much (maybe faster recovery) but there are a number of people who like it, see logs.

Amentomax = acute strength increase, no extra water weight/glycogen but the increased gym performance will result in better long term muscle mass accumulation.

PA= not much for me, but there are so many that like it I think i am just a non-responder. Appetite, pumps/muscle fullness, gym endurance.


With any natty supplement strength should be maintained when done, glycogen will dissipate (water-weight drops) but all lean mass should remain if you keep training/eating

Above sums it up well.

Laxo seems to be similar to Ecdy in the sense that benefits are recovery based, so it seems best on a recomp or cut.

I've tried Magnitropin solo on a dirty bulk and it was awesome. Increased endurance, strength, and retained a decent body comp even when going way over my calories. I can only imagine adding MyoSynergy would make it better.

What kind of caloric surplus were you in?

While on Magnitropin and Elimistane, my bench was stuck at 300 (I did 315 few years ago) and I hit 320 in my first month.

Back was bothering me a lot so I did not push squat and deadlift as much.

Endurance and recovery were awesome on this.

Nice! 20 pounds increase In a month is pretty damn impressive! I'll give those a look!

Awesome. How did you dose yours?
I dosed it similar to Anabeta. 3/3 split through the day. 1 was pre-workout the other before large meals. I dosed it every day though. Some people recommend 6 on/1 off to lengthen the bottle. Dosing it at full dosage everyday made the bottle last around 21-23 days I believe.

everyday will give you 24 days

6 on 1 off will give you 28, i've done both and both work the same. i just don't dose it on my rest days where i have less calories and carbs

Oh whoops my bad. I remember it was an odd number (not 28 or 30 like most bottles are).
