Recommendation for lower stomach?

I'm gonna post pictures, I'm 5'11, 155lbs trying to loose abdominal fat.. I changed my diet a little bit, I'm eating ALOT leaner and some more fruits and veggies.. Just wondering what people recommend for my lower stomach.. You'll see I have my top 4 abs when I FLEX, but my bottom don't look well at all, so I'm on a cut right now anyways.. For ab excersises I do hanging leg raises, Arnold crunches, decline sit ups.. Here are the pctures, any recommendations for supplements/nutrition/cardio/ab workouts?

Just keep dropping body fat and they will come out. Looks like you carry some fat around your love handles too.

Bump for feedback. Will help me too

It looks likethats just where you hold fat. Im the same over my abs. My back is quite lean but my stomch isnt. Try HIIT and more cardio. On days you dont lift get all you carbs from vegetables. and eat a few more carbs on lifting days.

DS Lean xtreme hit my gut fat fairly well last time aswell.

It's about food quality and timing man... Proper feeding windows, timing if meals etc macros etc
Abs are the hardest bro I know aye and probably tale the most time to understand nutrition wise

Eat less means less calories... God I have to explain that? Anyway, timing, paranoia over eating clean, meal macro make up, etc... Is all overthinking it.
Get enough of each macro, spread meals out decently and then cals is what matters for fat loss. It IS that simple.
If the OP gets enough protein, fat and carbs.... It matters not what the make up of the rest of his cals are as long as he is in a deficit.
Don't complicate thing that are not complicated.
