I'm planning out my workout/dates/diet/etc for an upcoming 3 week m-drol cycle.

Recommend me a rep range for my three week plan...I usually do a split program of alternating weeks of 3X6 and 4x12.

Are you serious?

Yeah, i guess it sounds like a vague/newb question.

I'm no stranger to working out. I am a relatively new to ph. I've only ran one cycle of epi.

I guess my question, more specifically, is what is your favorite set x rep combo while on? My one cycle of epi was great towards the end and I found it more gratifying to do 8-12 reps with a burnout set of 25 at the end of each exercise than strength weeks of 3x6. Was this effective in actually putting on more mass...IDK.

Although, i just read Unreal's post in another similar thread and that kind of answers it for me.

It depends on what your goals are. But yeah, also what Unreal said.

HEAVY

reps 12-10-8-6 followed by DROPS sets.
do this on every exercise.

for example u work chest
u do 4 diff exercises
use this protocol

My favorite rep schemes are stuff like 3*6 and 4*6, some 3*8 too. But going heavy and going up in weight each set.

I like this more from pyramiding because you skip the extra reps at the low weight; this gives you more energy for when you hit the high weight. It effectively allows me to lift heavier than pyramiding.

Right now i'm on a pretty complex routine put together by crazyfool that alternates DC training with heavy lifting as I described.
