Damn, thats actually a really good, complete non-stim stack, TT33 + TAA; actually a very cheap non-stim stack as well. I need to stock up on tta before its gone! I want to use it in my next contest prep!!!
 
Ill tell you the honest truth man.. There is a product called Coleus Forskholli that APS Nutrition makes and out of ALL the fat burners I have used that has been the most effective.. I have introduced it to my buddys that were looking for a great fat burner and everyone that has taken it all agrees it is effective beyond expectations..
Give it a shot and let me know after about 2 weeks how you look.
 
Alpha T2 + Lean Extreme..... I had great results from these..
 
proper diet and lots of cardio

You are 100% right man.I have done it in the past successfully without any supplement but, it is a lot hard now(lack of motivation).Should i use green tea extract+ caffeine pills combo.

why do you say non fasted cardio?

just curious as I do fasted cardio on saturdays (today) just because its easy to wake up and jump on the treadmill... other days its non-fasted cardio.

just wondering if I am not helping myself by doing fasted cardio on saturdays.

Fasted cardio is an old myth, you should have at least a shake and a banana or something light before you hit the treadmill.
 
Would already be going some stim with Alpha-T2.....

I know alpha t2 is supposedly stim, but I have yet to hear anyone who gets any stim like effects from it.. I take it and NO stim effects on me at all!

Thats the beauty of it...

Stimulants that dont have negative side effects like crash or jitters, but all the positive effects like thermogenesis and fat loss
 
What is alpha t2

Its a PES product, go check them out - they make GREAT stuff...

I currently take Alpha T2 daytime and Shift nighttime from them... so far, I am very happy with their products.

Why take Shift at night if you don't get no stim effects at all from Alpha T2?

Well because it is or is supposed to be a stim I dont want to jeopordize my quality of sleep. I think its the perfect combo.

Plus it works out dosage wise. 1 T2 AM, 1 T2 8 hours later and 1 shift before bed...

That is such crap!! Eat before you do cardio or work out?! That defeats the purpose!!!! I've been doing 30 minutes of morning cardio EOD in a fasted state then don't eat anything for 3 hours post cardio and i've lost 7lbs:thinking: I haven't changed anything else in my diet or training, Just EOD fasted cardio.

2 schools here... always one for each side of the argument.

I am going to continue doing non fasted cardio with 1 day fasted cardio.

I am happy with my results to date so.
 
Adipo and recompadrol by LBF and throw and AI if you want and you will have ,fat burn,cortisol control...
