Hey could some1 Recommend me a good digestive enzyme supp - been using mts uptake, and was wondering if there are anything better than this? or is MTS uptake solid;)

NOW Super Enzymes if you simply want digestive enzymes.

EvoMuse Gut Health is another option if you want probiotic help as well.

Can't go wrong with either.

allright both these options are superior compared to MTS uptake;)?

Evomuse is awesome so i'll put my vote toward it:)

Not familiar with the profile of MTS, but I have and personally use the two I mentioned, and recommend them.

I've used Gut Health in the past, currently suing the one picture below, but in capsule form.

Yup, I just started NOW Super Enzymes and ^these NOW probiotics. Stomach is feeling better already and you can't beat the cost

Garden of Life Omega-Zyme Ultra (or regular Omega-Zyme).

thx for the answers guys;D - gonna get some NOW enzymes- but I dunno whether to pick NOW Foods Super Enzymes or NOW Foods Digest Ultimate ?

I'd suggest Digest Ultimate out of the 2.

Millennium Sports EnzyM

i ran a log of it a while a go. Great product for a good value. Been buying ever since..!

Unfortunately we don't carry it at TGB :(

Indeed.

Edit: he's used GH and Now Pro now.

Others are using the Now stack. Curious as to their review

My main reason for switching was I had a huge stock of GH. There was a crazy sale on it and I stocked up. I just decided to try something new when I ran out.

BUMP. on Both. I take 1 Gut Health every AM and Super Enzymes w/ meals when I can.

I have a love hate with Now Super Enzymes, after I engorge a meal I take it with I am hungry right after. Digestiive gains !

How does NOW compare to GH

I haven't noticed a big difference. The only main difference, and there are many other variables to this, is that it seems as though I do not catch little colds or bugs. Not that this was common with GH, but less so with NOW.

Is there a decent all in one product, enzymes, probiotics, all that good stuff?

I'm wondering this too but probably not because that would make my life easy.

Sort of like fantasy football. I dropped Brandon Cooks so this Sunday he will shatter records.

This is the only one I've found so far, not sure if it's any good as I really know nothing about this lol

btw here are no side effects of taking digestive enzymes? I mean if I stop supplementing with them, my body will still produce the natural amount of enzymes etc right?

You can naturally increase your enzyme levels:

Increase your intake of raw foods the most powerful enzyme-rich foods are Papaya, pineapple, mango, kiwi, and grapes, avocado, raw honey, bee pollen, and extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil .

The best way to bump up your metabolic enzymes is to provide your body with the raw materials and energy it needs to make them. By eating these types of foods, you supply your body with the amino acids and the enzyme co-factors needed to boost your own natural enzyme production.

enzymes are also found in food, but unfortunately most of them are lost during cooking, or very often we do not have a proper intestinal flora for proper digestion and absorption of nutrients. for this reason it would be a good idea the `inclusion of enzymes (especially those proteolytic)
however, I have never heard anyone having problems after taking enzymes, even in the long term. I myself have often taken enzymes and I was fine, without any kind of side effects.
Enzymes are not hormonal precursors, or steroidal compounds, they are found in nature (food), so no reason to worry.

Question here, recently I have developed some sort of soy intolerance. Noticed it when I was taking the soy granules, or any time I eat something with soy or soybean oil my stomach goes into this non stop growling mode and produces some pain in my upper quadrant. Would Gut health help with something like this? I can tolerate soy to a certain degree, it's just when it is one of the top ingredients I can't have it. RIP fit crunch bars.

Used to use gut health, variety of NOW products, etc. I now use Garden of Life colon care and nothing else I have tried even come close

NOW Super Enzymes + Gut Health for the win!

Been a combo I've used for years.

I'm currently taking Allmax Digestive Enzymes. Does anyone have any put as to why NOW Super Enzymes might be better? Would be much appreciated.
