Reccomendations for 50 Year Old

Sorry if this is posted twice, I thought I posted but couldn't find it.

So I've been lifting for about 30 years now and with age I'm holding more fat and less muscle mass. Currently at about 220 but higher fat and lower muscle mass then when I was 230 3 or 4 years ago. Longer work hours, less sleep not helping. So Im looking for something that would help put some lean muscle mass on but joint friendly. My on issue currently is elbow pain but don't want other issues. I am new to this side of things so researching and looking for advice/recommendations

So this would be your first ph cycle? Do you know about proper pct etc? Make sure you have all your ducks in a row before jumping in. That being said a nice beginner stack is 1&4 Andro. Pretty mild in terms of shut down and great results. You could also just look into dermacrine if. You want a nice libido/mental boost. It's transdermal dhea.

I have tried Finaflex Epi-V and 550 but did not get anything from them. not knocking the product.

So other than that yes, my first. And as far a s PCt, I am not well versed and that is why I am researching. I would not mind trying Ando, but would need to lay out dosage and PCT obviously.
