Rebirth PCT

When I ran Osta, I asked brundel the same thing and he was confident that running two bottles of rebirth would suffice. However, I decided to run Clomid and Rebirth - the combination of which provided a better PCT experience than I previously had with Rebirth alone.

So you have used Rebirth on its own for PCT? Was thinking of combining both Rebirth and Super PCT for 6-8 weeks.
 
Rebirth is plenty for osta. I would add Letrone at 1 cap daily though.
Rebirth IS a SERM just not pharmaceutical. Osta is for sure suppressive but the stuff you really worry about with regards to recovery is long estered injectables as these stay in your system for a good while after cessation of administration. Osta clears relatively fast.
I would start Letrone at 1 cap daily for a week after stopping osta and then run Rebirth at 2 caps with the 1 cap letrone for 4 weeks further.
