REAL newbie Epistane question...

on the label it says to take 2 capsules and its 20mg, now if I wanted to take 40mg a day for 4 weeks it would be 4 caps a day correct? or are each pill 20 mgs the label seemed to confuse me...lol

Each pill is 10mg, so... yes, for 40mg go 4/day.

The wording is a little confusing but yes 40mg = 4 caps.Good luck with your cycle!
