What's your guys thoughts on the real food supps? Like BSL has fast food and redcon had MRE and 5% has real food. Thoughts? Are they worth it to use as ADDITIVES not like replacement for actual meals
I use them. They're good if you're already eating 6 good meals a day and you're struggling to find time for that 7th. I work construction so in my case it's better to have that meal replacement then to not have a meal at all.

Which ones are you using? I work out in the am and I struggle the most having a decent meal before the gym at 6am. But I work at a desk so eating meals during the day isn't an issue
