well, dont know how many of the old bros are around...
but here i am guys! been off the scene for a long time...trying to get my career going...
anyway, time to get back to doing things i love...
am going to be around often from now on...so hello all :) !
 
Well hello thre :) There's quite a few of the old timers still around and many are still regularly active. Glad ya made it back :)

wow! thanx for the welcome guys!
well size, my bro, dont know how beneficial it was for my mind, but definitely not so much for my body! am quite small now as u would imagine, not having trained or eaten anything close to protein for the last 2 yrs almost...
however, plan to change it all around soon, day after tomorrow will find me back at the gym training again, taking my protein, hell i even found an old tub of creatine lying around ! :D brought a smile to my face!
