Raul87 training fasted with Endur3 (unsponsored)

Today I will be putting this to the test. I just worked non stop for about 7 hours out in the field fixing 5 frac tanks. This ain't no desk job I was out in the middle of nowhere with the South Texas sun just beating down on me in full Fire Resistant clothing but it was a priority job so I had to get it done. I'm ****ing exhausted right now climbing up and down the tanks steps countless of times, bending over for extended periods, and my main tool was a nice steel 36" pipe wrench my forearms are shot. Today is leg day and we will see how it goes.

Well I got to the gym and yeah I was tired but **** it straight to the squat rack. Put up a plate to warm up and uh oh it felt heavy for what it is oh well let's keep going at 225 I was feeling the exhaustion it felt pretty damn heavy finished a set of 5. Contemplating going up then said **** it let's go I gotta put up or shut up and loaded up 275 which is where I've been up and down at. This is a 5x5 routine for my main compound lifts

First set oh crap it's heavy I was turning red but got them all up clean.
Second set felt just as heavy but I'm guessing my body adjusted to the weight and hit them all clean again.
Third set was very tough I struggled but got them all no help I felt tired as hell at this point.
Fourth set oh crap what happened I felt stronger I hit them all clean and smooth I made the weights my bitch
Fifth set identical to 4th set I believe I had a 6th set in me but no let's just go heavier next session

I was stoked come on baby gonna get back to repping the 3 plates and getting smaller. Endur3 is the bomb boys knocked it out of the park with it but I'm almost put :(

Pay cuts :( I'm pretty much not getting any OT right now and the whole I might get laid off thing. I don't want to touch my C6 vette budget ;)

Ah Im our on the field a lot fixing a bunch of equipment from vacuum trucks, tanks, trees, and heavy equipment. I was doing mechanical engineering but didn't finish I wanted to do something much more complicated but oh well




Back day baby thinking of loading up 6 plates for t bar rows what say you guys? Yes ok
 
Just mixed my last serving of this and going to give it a proper send off with some heavy deadlifts. Full review will be done tonight and posted here and supp review section as well. Holy hell what a ride it has been with being down from being hurt to seeing some nice results all while eating a lot less
 
How are you finding it? I've been reading some people become more hungry on it before the suppression really kicks in...

No hunger so far and I'm liking it I've had some pretty bad cheat meals and beer and they aren't giving me excess fat so far I've actually lost almost all of my love handles. Can't wait to see what this does in the next few weeks my diet is gonna be in chest starting Monday gonna be doing some meal prep Sunday

Sounds brilliant, I may start logging my progress on Ammo and introducing Epitome too...it's the love handles that I need rid of!!
