Rated PH-17.

Everything that rolls out of that shop is insanely fast!

SH130 (You know this highway Mr.Elorza?)
85 MPH, shytin' & gettin' all the way down that road.

:bigok:

They make a Hennessey Viper too. Powerful machines.

I indeed do brother, though only drove it once

Brought my BMer to around 95-100mph , no cops around...but I do have a Valentino Radar , and I turned on my radio scanner too just to be safe.

All this car talk going on! Bunch of testosterone fill people lol

When you need a natural test boost (and your woman is not around) you simply take a beer, the tool kit and head to the garage...being a grease monkey will for sure boost your testosterone levels...(or at least deliver the aggression placebo effect most people get from test boosters anyway :D!)

They make some machines down there. The GT is my favorite one to roll out of there. Think he had it at like 215 on that highway.

I agreed to that !, but I think speeding is much more fun but eh gets kinda scary hitting 220 in a corvette shizz a blur

Meh I have never brought my cars over 160mph at all...My dad got his Z4M to around 180-190 though...scary sh1t indeed hahaha. I just wanna reach 22 before I try that...an old Mexican witch read my future a long time ago (I was 14-15?) and she said I would not make it past 21...so as soon as I am cleared and 22 I can do some stupid **** hahahaha

Nice. I hit 160+ in my vette on an open highway. I say plus because the speedo cable snapped @160. Those goats are fun as hell.

Lol my dad sold my Honda before I had a chance to really push it...think I went to 120~ on it only too. Now...who here Dirt Bikes? Because for an adrenaline rush nothing like a 100ft triple jump lol

195 in a civic ek hatch ;-) kills all others cars around... 10.8 quarter miles. 350 hp on ONLY 9psi

That was your ride J?

Day 27:

Today was legs...
Nothing new or crazy to report. Wasn't feeling the best this morning....
Ate a few too many carbs pre w.o. & threw up a tad bit right as I was heading out to the gym. :boggled: Still went & hit legs & achieved a sweat.
Still looking shaper by the mirror but the scale has not changed much but that no biggie.

Tomorrow brings HIIT cardio it's pretty much a wrap folks; I'll try and get the final review up in the next couple days and tell what I experienced in detail.

I want to thank each & everyone that followed along, means a lot to have your support & you ever want me to visit your log don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

I'll post back when I get my update in, but needless to say it's been a great, fun, run, thrill ride!

:bigok:

Is this over already?! Seems like it went by way to fast

No need to thank us you know the AM fam has ur back it went by fast great log first log I followed and I'm glad I did

My uncle has a red one in his garage -

I grew up around that kinda muscle - my family was never really athletic, but they're all car nuts -

Grew up in the 60s-70s. Myself and all my buddies had some wicked muscle cars.

when I was in high school, all the hippies knew about those NO2 tanks..... not one of them had a muscle car though...

Day 28:

HIIT Cardio and it rocked me for sure, couldn't wait for the 20 minutes to be over, but after I got done I hit a couple sets of dips & delt raises.

Diet was on point all day, fruits nuts, chicken, sweet potatoes, peanut butter...
(Pretty hungry after this cardio session too.)

PH-17 along w/the cardio and sticking to a solid diet has done nothing but allowed me to become a tad more defined, harder, a bit more vascular, kicked my libido up, & accompanied me to shed some un-needed fat.
Someone @ the gym commented that I got "smaller" or that it looks that way... Could be good could be bad, but I'm glad I was able to shed a few pounds and have my strength and edurance not drop. :bigok:

Thx gang, I was a big IIFYM guy before and it worked for some but I'm glad I dialed in my diet more. Healthy cleans foods and the right portions does your body well. Eat a fist size of protein & carbs & a couple spoonfuls of fats throughout the day and just count protein and I think most ppl will be good to go. I was never big on cardio either... I ain't stopping yet just cause 17 is done and the log is over I'll still be keeping things on point.

Possible around 1%. The mirror and way clothes fit I can tell a nice difference.

Been having a little problem with the clothes, waist is looser but tight in the thighs.
Jeans that didn't really fit earlier last year when I was on the A Mass (& eating a shyt ton of cals) I tried on today & they fit...

All my True Religion jeans going to waste though... Going back to grab me a few pairs of True Religion jeans towards the end of this year.

Phase 1 (4 weeks) of 12 is a wrap. Let's see what the next 8 weeks brings. :)

Isn't it amazing at how much more important the mirror is than actual tests! Glad you had good results and had fun with this log! Thanks for all the detail!
