You may not be setting any PR but that should cone once you start loading the PCT right?
How long of a run of PH17 is ok? Longer usage resulting in negative side effects?

I would think 8 weeks should me max time. No negatives.
 
This was my update from last night.

Day 23:

Alright so quick update. Hit legs yesterday/tonight.
Leg curls, squats, leg press, calf raises, & some leg extensions. Moved quick to get it done. Didn't record weight. Know they took a beating cause they were wobbley leaving the gym & they ache a bit.

Diet, I have to tighten that up a bit with cardio. Plan to get some HIIT in this evening as I feel that was killing calories for me helping me right along.

Notes:
PH-17 is definitely shining. Water retention is less, vascularity is picking up, libido is still on the rise, strength is still there, & energy/endurance is still notable in the gym. Perhaps they can dub this as the non stimulant fat burner. :)
I have seen to be down 5lbs in weight roughly w/relatively no size loss & for the most part I'm moving the same damn weight as higher body weights prior to this log. I don't think I have added any muscle but mirror wise I do appear to maintain size & get a bit "sharper". I'm have to tweak the diet or get cardio back on track to drive this home. I'm still noticing the hardness & slight fullness. Good stuff so far.
My vascularity shows up very slight then I am more dense & not peeled yet.

Yup tried to edit it and lost the post. I copied what I wrote. I'm on iPhone & it takes a while to upload pixs again. Just didn't feel like it or get back around to it. :)

Day 24:

Shoulders & Arms.

Training:
Seated military press:
1 w/u
135 x 8
155 x 6 (2)
145 x 8
135 x 7
No PRs or anything crazy, but still maintaining.

Side Lateral Raises.
4 sets 8 reps
2 sets w/15s & 2 sets w/17.5

Biceps:
Did some seated curls & BB curls w/super sets & a couple sets of hammers. Didn't record the weight.

Triceps:
5 sets of 10 reps of dips.
1 set was body weight & last set was body weight.
The other 3 sets in between, I went and got a large gym towel and tied a 25lb plate around my waist using the towel. I need a belt & chain. The dips felt easy, need to hook a 45lb around my waist and rep out... Would've tried it today but I don't know if the gym towel would've supported that. :lol:

Finished it off w/20 minutes of MISS cardio on the stairmaster.

Diet:
Pre meal was a banana & p butter sandwich with raisins and nuts mixed in, 2 slices of string cheese w/8oz glass of milk.
Added the diary back in simply to make sure I am getting adequate protein intake and string cheese/Greek yogurt makes for am excellent protein packed snack.

Notes:
Well in a few more days the run will be over.... & it sure has been fun.
I saw slight aggression, libido increase, swole-ness, vascularity, & lost a solid 5lbs, all while putting up the same #'s I always have for the most part w/an occasional PR here & there. Dosing has been a bit of a bitch, but I couldn't ask for a mild compound to bring me solid definition/leaner looking frame in 3 1/2 weeks times w/damn near no sides. The only thing I saw were headaches popping up here and there. For the most part I was still having intense work outs on lower cals. Few more days then we will get the final up. :)
