I know!! Crazy stuff. Call me paranoid but I do think the govt has the power to do these type of things ( not the supernatural monsters / titans ) but the fact that these people were in a controlled environment without their knowledge being watched and basically a big experiment.. guantanamo bay could be an example I suppose???

I'll chime in on the movies here:

Taken 2 - just like the first one, except even more bad ass action
Snow White and the Huntsman - Terrible. I got dragged to the theater and could barely stay awake for that one.
Argo - saw this yesterday. Pretty cool for a true story, even if you do know how it is going to end. I think the US Government is happy to push that movie since it paint Iran in a really bad light and will help turn American against them ahead of our eventual conflict with them.
 
Day 13:

Training:
Walked in & had a partner today.
Chest/Abs & some TRIs.

Flat DB Press:
75 x 8 (2 sets)
I felt weak on these @ 1st, then my 2nd wind kicked in & I was ready to go.
100 x 7 -This is excellent, as I think my previous best on this was 100 x 5.

I supersetted Hammer Flat
2 45s each side 4 reps right after the 75lbs & 100lb flat DB press.
Then moved into Hammer Incline
2 45s each side for 11 reps, break then
2 45s & a 25 on each side for 6 reps.

Incline DB
75 x 8 (IIRC)
90 x 6 (this was though to get up @ that angle & I don't really do this exercise much as I usually use the barbell or HS)

After that we moved in cable "butterflies" & did 3-4 sets, I didn't pay attention to the weight on this.

Then we moved onto TRIs which I didn't want to touch too much cause I hit em a few days ago.
Tri Cable Press Down
150 x 8 (3 sets)
Dips x 8 (3 sets) SS w/Resistance band press down.

Ab crunches to finish things off.

-All in a all a very solid session & I didn't feel good after. I wanted to hit a few more sets early on, but he is stronger than me & suggested we go his route.
I wanted to hit cardio after but was drained.

Diet:
Yesterday was low cals, bumped em up a bit today. I will be introducing fruits back after a few weeks off (maybe some p butter) as well as trying my hand @ some protein pudding. :)

Notes:
So, libido is up, hearing more popping in joints, & I am looking more dry. Slight aggression after dosing. So far so good. We are at the halfway point here or just about, & sides are pretty much non existent & would be manageable even @ double the dose. I am also starting to see a hardening effect, which I think is due to the drying. Strength does not seem to be dropping, as it seems I'm staying stagnant on some lifts hitting some minor PRs on others.

I grabbed em threw em back & I roll em off my chest, push em up. It's good to get a spot too to either for a little boost or to support your elbows. :)

Either way, changing the diet up a bit more, kind of tightening it down. Scaling back on carbs just a tad but I am adding more fruits to replace some snacks. I need to get my hand on some fiber & flax.

No worries my man. Yeah, diet tweaking is my bigger challenge. My pre-wo meal makes or breaks me but I've noticed the older I get the more the entire days food choices affect me. Fruit used to make me Bleh, now fruits help me kick a little ass. Shyts ever evolving......

Anything you've found to help your shoulders more than others? My shoulders have always lagged compared to my chest. I was reading a few pages back about doing standing military press - too bad my ceilings are too short for that....learned the hard way - busted a light bulb over my head once....

I read that eating more poontang helps alleviate DOMS symptoms. I'm pretty sure that's accurate.....

Thx, yeah it's crazy they are coming. Same strength almost when I was eating like a fool a few months back, then my strength nosed dived this past summer, but not it's back up to par.

Back.

Thought today was leg day & I was like "ugh", look @ routine & saw back instead.

One Arm Row:
70 x 12
90 x 8
100 x 5
90 x 8

DeadLift:
275 x 6
295 x 5
315 x 2-3 (??)
-Ok so as I was doing my deads & there's a guy @ the gym who has seen me through some lifts early in the year. Big jacked PL/BB style guy. I asked him to watch my form on my 315 set... I did 2-3 reps, he came over and said forget about the slight bend @ the knee & to go down all the way like a squat & come back up each time ("thus making it a full body workout"). I never tried this and tried it with 315 form sucked, dropped down to 225, form was still terrible. :O He said to drop the weight way low practice that style or sumo deads. In my head I was like :wtf: ... So I guess I may try my hand at the new style by the way this guys only does squats, bench, incline, dips, & hanging leg raises & rarely does arms.

H.S. Seated Row:
3 plates each side, 10 reps, 3 sets.

H.S. High Row:
2 plates & a quarter, 3 sets for 8 reps.

H.S. Shrugs:
2 plates each side, 10 reps 4 sets.

-->Boom: 20 minutes HIIT cardio after my workout, great energy & felt good enough to do it. #TimeManagement. :)

Diet:
Was great today. Cals were on point, carbs were not in excess. Fruits came back in... Work out energy was great, felt pretty damn good after work out as well.
Added in some p butter too...

Notes:
On to the good stuff. I think everything is falling into place. Strength is not bad @ all, in my pretty little eyes. :)
I am seeing:
-Increased libido.
-A more happier attitude (well being).
-More definition/saturations.
-Fullness more often than not & vasculariity after dosing.
-Increased energy & endurance.
-No acne.
-DOMs
Sure there could be multiple factors coming into play with training/diet, but it's happening while on 17.
We will see what the future holds.


->LG has offered to extend my log, debating on taking em up on the offer. :dunno:

I would not recommend trying Zumo's right away bro, they are the hardest form to learn in the business. What he did tell yah was correct though, drop your ass/hip as low as you can and drive through the hip more than anything. Just remember to push the ground and as you come up you drive your hip in, always keep at least a neutral spine. Damn nice lifts though bro! You lift pretty damn good for the Kroc Rows too!

You're getting there bubba , just be careful with form though...deadlifts can be treacherous of you don't watch the spine!
