400mg equipoise
12 week cycle pin both once a week

stick to test only for a first cycle....maybe throw in some dbol

Test with Eq is ok for a first cycle. I love the combo personally. One shot a week is also ok for a first cycle...I didn't notice any difference shooting twice as opposed to once a week.

I'm with trip on this one. Never notice a dif between 1 or 2 shots/week.

thanks for the info what about 500mg of each but ending the equipoise on week 10 and going to week 12 with just he test e?
