I've been gaining lean muscle and I want to continue on that road. This is my stack: Let me know if anyone thinks I should be adding/doing away with anything. ALL input is appreciated.

USP Labs PowerFULL
Vitaminshoppe Multi-vitamin
Creatine-Monohydrate (about to finish my cycle)
NO Shotgun pre-workout
Omega 3 Fish oils
Gold Standard Whey

All this is along with a strict diet, and intense exercise.

Also, I've been wondering how long you think I should stay off creatine, I've been on for about 10 weeks and am about to finish my cycle of it, I've been told 4-6 weeks should be good before beginning another cycle.

That answer will vary person to person. You can stop using creatine for about 2 weeks and began another cycle. That should be plenty of time for the creatine to deplete (of course not entirely) from the muscles or you can keep using it non-stop. I have used it for two years straight and never had any problems. The benefit of cycling is to feel the creatine work again (even though it never stopped working) and it's a good idea for the kidney's.

Two weeks is ample amount of time. You stack is good. Pretty basic and great to start with. I like everything except for the shotgun pre-workout. To each his own. This creatine, fish oil, whey are pretty much the stape of your supplements right now.

Looks solid. I would switch out the PowerFULL for some BCAAs or Casein at bedtime (more cost effective).
