Rate My Cutting Stack/Diet, Please =]

Okay so currently im at 230lbs 15-16% BF, Age 22. Height 6'2.. For my next "CUT" cycle in July i have this planned.

Planning on running this cycle for about 6-7 weeks

IBE Epistane Dosage 20/30/30/40/40/40
t3 @ 25/50/50/75/50/25/ - Each being per week.
Clen @ 20/40/60/80/80/100/100 Wk1 (going to 100mcg depending on sides)
@ 100/100/100/100/100/80/60 Wk2
@ 2 weeks off
PCT:
Osta 25mg per day
Nolva, 40/40/20/20
.25mg Adex EOD
s4 after pct

DIET:
Moderate Carb day! 3 days a week

2510kcals, 275g protein/125g carbs/90g fat


High carb day!
275g protein/250g carbs/50g fat -2 days a week

Low carb day!

285g protein/60g carbs/100g fat - 2 days a week. on cardio days.

Training: Pretty much doing cardio 3-4 days a week, at 45min per session.
Lifting 4-5 days per week hitting it heavy and training to failure!


So thats pretty much what im looking at for my cutting cycle, ANY CRITIQUE will be greatly appreciated!!

I would say drop the PH til you are around 12% then use on a cut.
You will see better muscle retention and fat loss at a lower % compared to higher. Just my humble opinion.

I myself have 2 cycles under my belt and being sub 12 was sweet. Gained muscle lost 1% and have kept all my gains this far after 2 weeks pct. losing some water too so I'm definitely happy I started my 2 cycles at a lower bf %

well this is for july, ive dropped 15lbs already! not sure on BF yet tho

Like stated above --- dropping some BF without hormones first would be nice and ideal -- then what you laid out is actually pretty damn reasonable and good.

T3 + Clen is VERY powerful --- Epistane would be a MUST perhaps even another non methyl to keep muscle tissue better preserved and perhaps gain a bit would be possible....

Runner suggested some safe, effective options....

I like AndroHard and from beta testers --- Androlean w/11-KT caproate ester is doing good things.

The likes of high dose furza-A (300-400 mgs) would be nice too.
