Raspberry Ketones

I know dosing for Raspberry ketones has been posted, but I cannot find it. Right now I'm planning 100MG three times per day.

Can anyone tell me if I got this right?

Yep, that is an effective dose...anywhere from 50-200mg, depending on sensitivity.

Have you ever let it dissolve totally on your tongue? Do you feel like a "spicy" type warmth then when it goes down your throat then? Its too bad it doesn't seem to work for you. I have been taking 250mg 4x a day. At 500mg woo..it would feel like I ate a nice big bowl of spicy food or something :)

That sounds amazing. Anything else besides RK's? No need to mention what if your not ready to. This would be perfect for work.

The nature of the product doesn't leave room for much else.
