Hello everyone, I've tried searching around but I never found what is considered an effective Raspberry Ketone dose without major side effects. I've seen people say 300mg, 1g, 2g, etc. but nothing conclusive since Raspberry ketones don't really get much discussion. Also, I've heard these are especially good on ketogenic or low carb diets, so I guess these would be best on that kind of diet?
I plan on using these in a future cut combined with Combustion, for what it's worth.
