Rash ??

Hello , for around a week now I've been using this stack

Alpha t2
Erase

Today when I took my shirt off I saw I had a rash across my whole upper body , mostly chest and back. Anyone else have a problem like this while on any of these supplements ? Thanks in advance

Itching like crazy? They could be hives you maybe allergic to one of these.

They don't Itch that bad but I just noticed them so it's early to say , don't wanna stop taking all of them but until I learn which I'm allergic too I'm gonna have too

A rash is a pretty vague side. Unfortunately, the only way to get to the source is eliminating them and adding them back in one by one. Or it could be none of them and something completely unrelated caused it. Sorry I can't help past that.

I've used 2 of those 4 and never experienced that, nor have I heard of anyone else. It could very well be something unrelated to the supp. Do you have any allergies that you know of?

Can you describe the rash? I had one a while back that just came out of nowhere. Does it itch when you get out of shower, and also does it turn very red after showering. Can you submit a picture of it? That would help a lot!
