That is true but it says you joined in 2005 not 2002, so either it is wrong or you just have a different name.

I joined in 2005 but lurked for over a year. Maybe he did the same. Or he read a lot of the older posts.
 
Kwyck, you keep on *****ing about not training, I'll drive myself that short distance down the 405/5 to whoop your ass into training shape.
 
That was from my experience as a trainer (way back when I was working out consistently *sigh*)--I saw it many times over.

And, the issue wasn't discipline.

Speculate then I'm curious. Above was only a guess, I trained a bit as a teen but never consistent enough to make any real gains. So that's why I mentioned discipline.
 
The population of real bodybuilders is still very small. There are more recreational lifters instead.

Like the guy at the bar who only does pecs, biceps and abs.

Or the other guy who only works upper body...(assuming he does not have a lower body injury/problem).

I see a lot of misproportional bodies at my gym.

How do you know what they push??

cause I sometimes drop into gnc when i'm in a mall or something like that and need a snack. or if i'm out travelling for work and realize i forgot a supplement that I feel is worth paying the damned GNC premiums on. When i'm in there i'll usually chat with them and do the

im a sweaty mofo right now, i have the dry-sol prescription to prove it. you do not want to get me in a hot room or we are talking sweaty.

if i even threw minimal GH into the mix right now along with another gram of test and a month of drol, id get to 300lbs within a month. Id be the jominaut even more so than right now.

id also get no vaginal life support systems, because i doubt any females want to mate with a 300lb jomosity.
 
That's what I'm thinking. I'm actually steadily dropping because I'm now training BJJ and any superfluous weight is actually a hinderance. I sweat like a son of a ***** in warm ups.. and I'm 230. eventually I'm dripping sweat all over my training partners. (yes I am aware I am wide open for burns on that one)

Not to mention I'm a crabby assh0le when I get hot.. which is often unfortunately. I can only imagine what it's like with you.

Being 274 do you find yourself out of breath easily when you workout ? I've seen some of those 250lbs+ IFBB pros and they are wheezing from oxygen deficiency when they lift.
 
it is something to think that probably jomi is carrying close to twice the lean mass than some of the members here, the 155lb boys
 
does that mean jomi has the most lean muscle mass on this board? We have to have a bigger banana hiding around here....

im riding at 262 right now. i couldnt keep up with myself at 275 for very long.

i have no problem breathing now, but i did up at 275. sleep apnea was a *****.
