ran out of casein

i have no casein, and just finished a tub of cottage cheese 2 days ago. what can i use for slow releasing protein over night tonight? a tall glass of whole milk?
 
A tall glass of whole milk, a scoop of whey, and some sort of fat to help slow absorbtion (peanut butter, udo's oil, fish oil, olive oil, etc...)

My bedtime protein consists of 2 cups of whole milk, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese mixed with lowfat yogurt. And a few spoonfulls of Natty PB. I am on a powder free bulk right now.

Just keep using cottage cheese. Or have liquid egg whites. Or natural peanut butter. Get another protein powder like Invalid Link Removed and have standalone or mixed in with plain yoghurt. So many options. You don't even need to eat pre-bed, either, honestly.
